Easy to set up, activation was a bit of the normal hassle when you have to call the cable company, but once it was activated works fine, no drops.

Upgraded my home network after getting rid of the XFinity Modem/Router, which i had been renting each month. It conflicted with my Sonos system, and was more expensive than it was worth. Arris modems have been reliable for me for >10 years. If you want the Modem/router combo, go up to the next level Arris. For me, this works perfectly with my Luxul router.

A great cable modem, easy set up and easy hook up. Had it going in about 10 minutes. Good price does what it says. I would recommend this cable modem

Got it up and running in no time very easy. Just make sure you have the app for it already set up and you already signed up. Also it would be helpful if you had the app for your internet provider. You will need some information off of that

Needed for 1Gps Gigablast internet. Always have liked Arris quality. Never had one go bad, just upgraded every 2 years to latest technology.

Always having internet issues with our previous router, we decided to try a Mesh Network and boy are we glad we did!! We travel a lot so we like to download movies and tv shows, but we dreaded doing so because it took forever! With the Surfboard, we can download a movie in a minute or less!! Also, just surfing the Internet was frustratingly slow. It any more!! We also have a large home so we had several areas that the router couldn’t reach. Not a problem anymore!! We get Internet in our backyard now!! Best decision ever!!

Easy to set up and configure Xfinity was able to set up the account with minimal issues currently achieving one gigabyte down and 50 mb up

Fast, works well with XFinity gigabit. Had to search a little to find what the admin page password was (serial number.)
