    I was using the modem the cable company provided. I was losing connection not getting any where close the download speeds for which I was paying. I bought this modem on the recommendation of a friend and I have not been disappointed! My download speeds increase to the levels for which I am paying. Also improved my speeds when I VPN into work. Highly recommend!

    Its a modem and it works. Best Buy keeps asking for a review on this modem and I kept thinking theres nothing to review. Theres nothing to comment because it just works. No issues, no problems, no downtime. Plug and play working.

    After Comcast bugging me to upgrade my hardware and a new plan. I decided to get this newer cable modem. And owning one is cheaper than renting from the ISP if you are planning on using it for longer than your contract goes. Does not disappoint. Setup is super easy. Just make sure you check compatibility with your ISP. They all have different hardware requirements.

    For this product I did not need, because the technician end up having something better and faster. I never got to test this product to see if it was any good. The price was a fair price.

    Best modem you can buy, period... 900mbps ~ 1Gb per second speeds. This is compatible with Comcast.

    It only took about 10 minutes to set up. I called comcast and got everything setup, and am getting more than the speed I paid for out of the wall. Probably not due to the product, but a great buy nonetheless! I've had one of these for the past 5 years and just picked up a new one for a different house.

    Following the directions to hock up , I had some trouble and had to call ( COX ) . That was an ordeal. Got connected and everything works great.
