Wanted to own my own modem. It does a good job and provides fast internet. Just wish it was a router as well!

I was using the modem the cable company provided. I was losing connection not getting any where close the download speeds for which I was paying. I bought this modem on the recommendation of a friend and I have not been disappointed! My download speeds increase to the levels for which I am paying. Also improved my speeds when I VPN into work. Highly recommend!

It was Easy to install works great It has lots of speed

This unit works flawlessly. Have had no issues for several months with our 10GIG download speeds.

I purchased this modem because Comcast said I needed to do so. Set up was quite easy and I was up and running in a matter of minutes. If Comcast is happy, I guess I’m happy, too! The modem seems to work just fine. I had purchased an eero system within the past year, and the two systems seem to work well together.

Much better and certainly faster then our old modem provided by our ISP. In fact, when I upgraded our service plan our ISP never even mentioned upgrading our modem/router. Now, I have lowered my bill with the ISP as we are no longer paying rent on an outdated modem . Never again!

This isn't my first Arris SURFboard and likely not going to be my last. The setup was very easy and I especially appreciate how quickly my new wifi system was set up and running.

Works as it should. Plugged it in and followed the prompts from the Xfinity app and I was up and running.

Got this because I have suddenlink, and I was no being charge to have their modem, than Altice took over and the began to charge for the modem, they were throttling the modem and so I just took theirs back, and I got this, and it is a great modem. Don't get screwed over by Altice which has ruined Suddenlink since they took over. Get this Motorola Modem in highly recommended it.

Connects to Xfinity easily and privides great speed

The modem is fast...it just doesn't seem to appreciate Comcast so much. I am having some issues getting consistent speeds. The unit gets quite hot.

So far, excellent performance and speed. Have had no problems so far.

I always had issues with Comcast cable and internet (I also use a MOCA network) and Comcast swapped out countless modems to no avail. I bought this one and it fixed the issues right away. I purchased the nighthawk router to go with this and have super fast speed. although the combo is very expensive.

I was looking for a very reliable and faster cable modem and this little guy works awesome!

I bought this as an upgrade to an existing ARRIS cable modem on the XFINITY network. I wanted the second ethernet port to run to my TV and the other to run to my wireless router/ other devices. BUYER BEWARE: The second port only works when you purchase another IP to make it function. In other words, you can get the second port to work - it just requires you buy 2 internet packages from a provider! Otherwise this is a great product - just not clarified to the average user.

I bought one that was defective & Best Buy was great at giving me a new one immediately & a further discount for my trouble. The 2nd one is a dream. I have 32 x 8 DOCSIS transmission speed (most others only have 24 X 8 DOCSIS) and a 3.1 software version instead of 3.0. The fast transmission speed and latest software version at a great price made me happy.

Works fine , haven't had any problems. Easy to connect and actually looks good on my desk.
