Its an excellent product to great speed thats why i bought this brand

The modem is fast...it just doesn't seem to appreciate Comcast so much. I am having some issues getting consistent speeds. The unit gets quite hot.

Needed to upgrade my modem to take advantage of DOCSIS 3.1. I did much research online and landed on this model. Out of the box it was very easy to connect. Instantly my internet speed went up significantly. I recommend this product.

Bossted my internet signal from approx. 150-250 mbps to 250-380 mbps; devices wired. Increased wireless signal connected to a Night Hawk router about 50 mbps. This is alot better than the modem supplied by Spectrum. If you have Sepctrum, just after installing, my modem didnt work. You have to call Spectrum and have them disconnect their router and give you access to yours; easy and only takes 10-15 minutes of time.

i like how this modem is not too bulky or tall like other modems. Its also fast and have it connected to my mesh Wifi

I wanted a 3.1 modem to match my Asus ROG Rapture AX-11000 and it seems to work without issues. My router is getting the speeds I am paying for and my kids stopped complaining about lagging or everything in between. This modem is the highest my provider supports and I have no complaints.

Upgrading from an ARRIS modem 3.0 to the newer 3.1 version. Works as expected which is, amazing. If you are using a Store Rental, Upgrade, it will blow your mind the types of speeds you cant actually get in comparison to your Rental Experience through your carrier.

When you dont want to rent the cable company's modem... Arris covers all the bases... it does the job and they very rarely fail... if they do its YEARS later.

This cable modem was easy to hook up, and has provided steady connectivity ever since. I paired this with a router to connect the rest of my house over wifi so I'm not paying monthly rental fees to stay connected.
