Outstanding product very fast and smooth great for gaming

Great modem . Makes all my wifi devices run the expected internet speed. But it doesnt help pick up speed on my pc . Every time i play mindcraft its still pixelated . I probably gota change out my 3080 to newer model .

A modem will only get you so far for speeds, you also need an ISP (Internet Service Provider) that has the capability to offer you the speeds needed to take advantage with this gear. This modem will allow you to do this. I utilize this with Xfinity's service and it works perfectly giving me the speeds that I pay for.

Works as advertised. Its a modem. Speed on xfinity is good. It took a few calls with xfinity and a vist from a technician to get it activated.

Great modem easy to set up. Total Tech plan helps save money and replacement or repair.

Great modem lasted 3yrs for me and I had the warranty with Best Buy so I upgraded but easy to set up and never had a problem. Just remember to call your provider for the modem info

Got this to replace an old Lynksys Nighthawk. I am very pleased with this modem. It was ridiculously easy to set up.

I recently updated my Comcast subscription and they informed me I would be getting up to 300Mbps. I reset my current network interface, but Speedtest.net would only report a speed of a maximum of 152 Mbps. After speaking with a tech, I purchased this interface. After installing it (and registering it with Comcast), Speedtest.net reported 310 Mbps.

I was skeptical at first and a bit afraid to own my own modem. But after activating with spectrum customer service I haven’t had any trouble and the connection speed is what I pay for. 1 gig = 1 gig

This my second Arris after the first was electrified by a series of power surges. Performance is top notch and connectivity is a snap. Ditch the cable provider's equipment for better performance and greater reliability.

this new modem helped boost my current internet speed, and shortly when I upgrade to Gig speed it will work perfect for that too.

Arris modem was easy to activate and use with our WOW Internet Service. We have had absolutely no issues with dropped internet due to modem issues.

I am very happy with y new DOCSIS 3.1 Arris Surfboard cable modem. I bought this to use with my new erros6 MESH WiFi router system and I am getting double and sometimes triple the speeds that I got before both Down and UP. This is my third Arris Modem and it works perfect with Xfinity Comcast.

Holy Smoke, what an upgrade. I had the SB6183 and that was one of the best modems I’ve ever had. I have not had a single hiccup with this change. Trick is when they ask what the modem is tell them another 6183. Don’t elaborate and change the subject.
