Great modem, increased my download and upload speed! Needed this modem to upgrade to higher speed internet and it’s worked out well! I need to upload high resolution files for work and so far it’s been super fast and just what was needed.

Low profile mode , supports gigabit speeds. Easy install , great product.

I work from home and have tried all 3 of Comcast’s “built for business” gateways (all of which are awful). There are only a few consumer grade modems that Comcast accepts on business Internet and this is one of them. Install took a few minutes and 10 mins on the phone with Comcast activated my modem. Fast and stable and I get full wire speed (150mbps on my plan) over WiFi.

Great performance. It runs a little hot but they finally got rid of the blinking light on the front panel. My Mediacom connection only allows 24 bundled channels down and 3 bundled up. The service tech said that was max. It would be nice to get the 32 down and 8 up that the modem supports.

Fastest modem I have ever owned. Great product and easy to install

I have 1GB speed being pumped to this from ISP. It goes from this modem to an Eero mesh device and from there into a Linksys SE3008 switch. Consistently getting 900MB+ speeds and I have many devices pulling on the feed. So, it works as advertised. Got this specifically because it could handle the throughput.

Nothing bad to say here. Quick plug and play. Speed as is promised.

Great modem for new high speed internet. Easy set up.

A near lightning strike seemed to fry my old modem, so I bought this modem and was up and running again (Comcast) in just a few hours. I never did a careful speed analysis with the old one, so I'm not sure this one is faster, but it seems to be. The bottom line is that it was a no muss, no fuss installation and my internet connection works very well.

I've used this and older versions of the Arris - Surfboard for years and have never had a problem with connections . The ONLY limitations on speed I've had were due to the Providers limitations. For anyone that has a problem with speed , It's on your end and not the Modem.

Good product. Using it with Comcast. This is a replacement. First one was bought 5 years ago. It burnt out would be nice if it has a fan. I’ve actually bought a separate fan and it’s running cool. Very fast access.

Speeds at 400 Mbps and easy setup. Faster than any modem I have owned.
