Good modem at a good price

The setup was simple, plug in and connect coax and RJ45 cables. I did have to contact Spectrum to authorize the modem on my account, but the whole process took less than 10 minutes.

Arris SurfBoard 32 x 8 3.1 Cable Modem

We previously had Arris and my husband wanted to use the same brand. He was able to set up and connect our system with little efforts. He was very pleased with the purchase and the service received.

SB8200 Modem

Stable and Reliable

I have not noticed a difference in speed 500 MBPS, but there a huge difference in stability! This new modem is much more stable, I have had the internet drop only once and that may have been a provider issue. If you can get it in sale, I would pick it up for sure!

No installation problems and works reliably so far

I never did a careful speed analysis with the old one, so I'm not sure this one is faster, but it seems to be. The bottom line is that it was a no muss, no fuss installation and my internet connection works very well.

Amazing but……

Makes all my wifi devices run the expected internet speed. But it doesnt help pick up speed on my pc . Every time i play mindcraft its still pixelated . I probably gota change out my 3080 to newer model .

No more disconnecting

The previous one continually disconnected, so this one was much needed. It also reaches to our 2nd floor.

ARRIS SURboard

Great cable modem (using with Spectrum)

So when it did, i purchased another one. After a brief chat with Spectrum, they added its MAC to my account and i was online like usual. Speeds are slightly above my tier. Great modem
