I have 1GB speed being pumped to this from ISP. It goes from this modem to an Eero mesh device and from there into a Linksys SE3008 switch. Consistently getting 900MB+ speeds and I have many devices pulling on the feed. So, it works as advertised. Got this specifically because it could handle the throughput.

Used Arris modems for years, they all worked great never a problem with none of them. This SB8200 does the job.

Works great - we got this when we upgraded from 120 Mbps Xfinity service to 900 Mbps speeds. This replaced an older ARRIS modem and brought our full speed (either wired or wireless if close to the router) to nearly 900 Mbps download as claimed by Xfinity.

Offers speeds consistent with DOCSIS 3.1, immediate upgrade of service from 150MB/s down to 550MB/s upon installation and configuration.

This my second Arris after the first was electrified by a series of power surges. Performance is top notch and connectivity is a snap. Ditch the cable provider's equipment for better performance and greater reliability.

The Surface dock is a really great dock for a surface computer.

We just upgraded to Xfinity gigabit internet here in the Boston area so when I heard I had to get a Docsis 3.1 modem in order to receive those advertised speeds ,I jumped on here read the reviews and bought it .Best investment I've made in electronics in a while getting 960 Mbps download speeds over here .Happy customer .

I have xfinity internet. I used to use this same brand modem just an older version with 8 x 4 channels. The internet was ok but not the best. After getting this modem my internet is more consistent and I can use more devises at the same time without bogging down the WiFi. It’s definitely worth it if you have a lot of devices

I am with Cox communication and they are able to support this modem. If you are with them they will give you a docsis 3.1 modem that has the phone jack. If you do not need the free one from Cox and you are looking for the two port RJ45 then this is the way to go. This will also support the 12 gigabit connection and faster speeds once cox can support it.

If you want the fastest internet available in the state you already have a GOOD router (and current technology), then this is what you need to complete your internet package. It does exactly what it needs to do- perform FAST! I recently upgraded from the 2nd fastest internet speed and required this device. It is a game changer.

I've used this and older versions of the Arris - Surfboard for years and have never had a problem with connections . The ONLY limitations on speed I've had were due to the Providers limitations. For anyone that has a problem with speed , It's on your end and not the Modem.
