Easy setup, works great! A total powerhouse! Well worth the money!

Swapping out the Xfinity modem for this SURFboard was very easy.

Never took it out of the box. Turns out my old modem (also Arris) was working fine - my neighbor accidentally cut my cable whilst landscaping, Great modem, though...from what I hear.

Simple set-up and flexible configuration. Very fast speed.

Supported the speeds I needed with Comcast. I easily attached it to the wall to keep my wiring tidy. Not sure when I will ever need the second network port on it. I can see that being useful for troubleshooting a dead router connection, or if I ever need more than 1Gbps from Comcast.

We just upgraded to Xfinity gigabit internet here in the Boston area so when I heard I had to get a Docsis 3.1 modem in order to receive those advertised speeds ,I jumped on here read the reviews and bought it .Best investment I've made in electronics in a while getting 960 Mbps download speeds over here .Happy customer .

I have xfinity internet. I used to use this same brand modem just an older version with 8 x 4 channels. The internet was ok but not the best. After getting this modem my internet is more consistent and I can use more devises at the same time without bogging down the WiFi. It’s definitely worth it if you have a lot of devices

This modem is AMAZING! I switched from a Netgear unit, i will never go back. Given i have Cox, this waz suggested by Best Buy (great choice!). If you are gigablast ready and upgrading, this modem is a solid choice. 5 minutes on the phone with Cox registering, very simple, and WOW!!

Converted from cable provider’s rental modem. Was easy with Total Techs help. Was back in business with our 5 tvs and two laptops. Impressive performance.

The Surface dock is a really great dock for a surface computer.

Needed to replace my cable modem. This is a compact unit is was easy to set up, Cable company tech support worked with to get the modem online. I already had a router so just needed to connect it to the modem. Would buy this brand again.

I’ve been living with the product for about a month now and so far have zero issues. I wanted something that would be somewhat future proof (DOCSIS 3.1 and speeds over 1 Gbps). Be sure to call your provider before setup and provide them with the MAC address, after that its plug and play.

If you want the fastest internet available in the state you already have a GOOD router (and current technology), then this is what you need to complete your internet package. It does exactly what it needs to do- perform FAST! I recently upgraded from the 2nd fastest internet speed and required this device. It is a game changer.

Easy to setup with Xfinity. Web based setup by yourself, or guided. Let it reboot twice before finishing though. Steady connection, great price at Best Buy. Honors price matching at the register. On 1GB connection , it averages about 850-950.

Arris modems are solid. We have used them for well over 10 years, and the only reason I needed to buy a new one was due to lightning damage. Having a good quality product as easy to pick up as going into Best Buy is really great. Once it is in it just runs without a problem.

I am with Cox communication and they are able to support this modem. If you are with them they will give you a docsis 3.1 modem that has the phone jack. If you do not need the free one from Cox and you are looking for the two port RJ45 then this is the way to go. This will also support the 12 gigabit connection and faster speeds once cox can support it.

Bought this when I *thought* my older model Arris was giving up the ghost - but it was Comcast. Well, at least I have a newer model and on the occasions when I do lose my internet connection, I know it isn’t the modem! Have had no issues with this since purchasing.
