    I had the Xfinity modem, for years but it always had to be reset on a daily basis I called them to replace it and they kept telling me it's the newest one. Lies there equipment is just junk. So I bought my own modem best decision I could make I haven't had a single problem since I went live with it.

    The Arris SurfBoard is awesome. It has constant speeds upward of 700Mbps. I have no complaints. I cut the cord with my cable TV provider and have not looked back. I'm able to run all my devices without any issues. A happy camper!!

    I was very pleased with my previous ARRIS modem so when my internet provider said I needed to upgrade to the 3.1, it was an easy choice to go with ARRIS again. I never ran in to an issue with my previous 3.0 and haven't yet with the new one.

    Surprisingly smaller than it looks, not as simple to configure with when connecting to Comcast. Once I have it configured, had issues with heat. I connected two USB powered fans next to it and no longer gets hot. Should work a lot better now and less chance of failure.

    Wonderful! Got it in a pitch after my last stopped working. Easy to put together. I recommend it's not in a sleeping area because the blue light could get bright.

    This is hard to talk about because most people will never need this pricy modern. However, as a streamer and gamer, I need all the power I can get. With that said this is the most stable and fastest modem out there. However, you are going to pay the price for it. If you don't have gig internet don't get this.

    I am very happy with AARIS modems. My past two modems were reliable. We are a very connected house. I refuse to purchase a modem and router from Xfinity. I bought this. It’s coupled with a Linksys Velop Mesh Router. We are a family of 5, and pull down over a TB a month. I am pulling down speeds of 450 Mbps. You won’t be disappointed.

    I bought this Arris SF8200 to replace my old modem. I am technology illiterate. I just connected all the cables and called my internet provider and boom... it's working!
