The Arris SurfBoard is awesome. It has constant speeds upward of 700Mbps. I have no complaints. I cut the cord with my cable TV provider and have not looked back. I'm able to run all my devices without any issues. A happy camper!!

This is hard to talk about because most people will never need this pricy modern. However, as a streamer and gamer, I need all the power I can get. With that said this is the most stable and fastest modem out there. However, you are going to pay the price for it. If you don't have gig internet don't get this.

This modem is fast and compatible with Cox internet.

Amazingly simple to setup and it is blazing fast. I only wish it had a couple more LAN output ports.

When I realized my modem was 13 years old, I went online and found what I needed. It pairs well with my Linksys Velop WiFi mesh router and now I have reliable, high speed internet.

Bought this when I *thought* my older model Arris was giving up the ghost - but it was Comcast. Well, at least I have a newer model and on the occasions when I do lose my internet connection, I know it isn’t the modem! Have had no issues with this since purchasing.

Modem works as expected! Speeds reached what my provider offers right off the bat too!

Router has distributed fast speeds and been a solid performer

Needed to replace my cable modem. This is a compact unit is was easy to set up, Cable company tech support worked with to get the modem online. I already had a router so just needed to connect it to the modem. Would buy this brand again.

I bought a new router and this modem about two months ago. This one works very good. I have no complaints.

Seems to work fine noticed speed increase once setup

Works very well with Sparklight Internet. I was renting initially and for the price this was a big savings that paid for itself in 3 months.

This device does exactly what it needs to do and provides high speeds for Comcast users. 2nd one I've gotten when needed to upgrade for higher speeds and great brand.

Switching to this Modem allowed me to maximize my bandwidth and throughput my high speed Internet provider was putting out. We've had 100% up-time since installation, and runs cooler than anticipated based on prior reviews. Laying it on it's side or standing it up won't affect the performance of this unit.

So far this product has done well... I waited for a while to give the review to make sure I was being able to make a fair and honest opinion. This product has been a good one for the price we paid for it and it hardly ever stops working. The only thing I have had to do is reset it possibly about twice a month maybe, because it either goes really slow or just can’t get internet to it. But that’s not a problem. I’m happy!!!

Works as advertised. Its a modem. Speed on xfinity is good. It took a few calls with xfinity and a vist from a technician to get it activated.

This product stepped up big time when I couldn’t get my mesh router to work in my new apartment. It’s pretty much plug-n-play with a few minor adjustments for me. I’ve had no issues and it operates flawlessly on xfinity. It’s not the best but it is solid and won’t let you down.

This product works great with our 4K TV. Very compact

I was very pleased with my previous ARRIS modem so when my internet provider said I needed to upgrade to the 3.1, it was an easy choice to go with ARRIS again. I never ran in to an issue with my previous 3.0 and haven't yet with the new one.
