The warrnaty on these things is 2 years. I have bought two so far. And each one stops working almost immediately after warranty ends. Works great when it works. But, I won't be buying a third.

Arris modem was easy to activate and use with our WOW Internet Service. We have had absolutely no issues with dropped internet due to modem issues.

Download speed as promised by Xfinity. Well made although costly.

Bought this to replace an older SURFboard modem for faster internet. Installation was simple, and called Xfinity to update the modem information and was up and running in 10 minutes. Can't be any more painless.

Never took it out of the box. Turns out my old modem (also Arris) was working fine - my neighbor accidentally cut my cable whilst landscaping, Great modem, though...from what I hear.

I've had the modem now for a few months and I'm perfectly happy with it. I haven't experienced any problems at all and it delivers fast and stable wi-fi.

This has been great since I purchased it. Took it home connected it to xfinity and i haven’t had any issues.

I have a 100mbs plan. The previous modem was an Arris that had 16x8 channels. I've noticed after adding numerous answer TV's, cameras, vacuums, etc that use the WiFi we've had a lot of instances of drop off. TV's buffering and getting kicked off while gaming. This fixed that without increasing my plan.

I'm a bit puzzled as to why this modem only allows me to connect 1 ethernet cord into one of the two ethernet ports. I purchased this to replace my Xfinity gateway. In addition, I bought the Eero mesh network. I was hoping to use one port for the Eero and the other for my computer so that it stood be hardwired and the other devices in our house, TVs, phones, Xbox, Alexa, Ring could connect to the Eero. As it stands, I had to connect the Eero to the 1st port and connect the computer to the other port on the Eero. Then Xfinity had to come in and connect their router for the alarm system which we had to connect to the Eero and connect the computer to the Xfinity router. Mind you, all this after speaking with Eero, Arris and Xfinity. I'm not tech savvy but shouldn't I be able to utilize BOTH ethernet ports? I'm probably going to try to exchange it for a different modem if it's not too late from my purchase date.

Got this to replace an old Lynksys Nighthawk. I am very pleased with this modem. It was ridiculously easy to set up.

This was an upgrade from an older Arris model. I had been having trouble with my network so decided after 5 years to bring in the newer technology. I got this modem and a new router. The modem is almost exactly the same size shape and works pretty much the same other than the newer DOCSIS 3.1 as opposed to the 3.0 version. It also increased my upstream and downstream channels which you would think makes it better. I really haven't seen that much of a difference as my connection still only has 300 Mbps which is fine for my needs. I would have given this 5 stars if it weren't for the fact that you can't access the modem from your computer any longer if you go through your router. I have everything set up the same as the only devices but now if you type in the IP for the router in a browser you get a time out. The only was to do it is to disconnect everything and use a separate line directly to the modem to view the status and other menu items. Very troublesome when you have to troubleshoot any issues.
