No issues with this modem since I bought it. I have it in a relatively open environment so it can breathe and not get overheated.

Great modem. Everything running at top speed. Saves me over $14 a month that WOW was charging me for using theirs. Should have purchased my own a long time ago.

I have a 100mbs plan. The previous modem was an Arris that had 16x8 channels. I've noticed after adding numerous answer TV's, cameras, vacuums, etc that use the WiFi we've had a lot of instances of drop off. TV's buffering and getting kicked off while gaming. This fixed that without increasing my plan.

Download speed as promised by Xfinity. Well made although costly.

I was a bit hesitant about purchasing this product but after using it im totally sold on it. If you have any doubts about it let me ease your mind .it absolutely fantastic!

I'm a bit puzzled as to why this modem only allows me to connect 1 ethernet cord into one of the two ethernet ports. I purchased this to replace my Xfinity gateway. In addition, I bought the Eero mesh network. I was hoping to use one port for the Eero and the other for my computer so that it stood be hardwired and the other devices in our house, TVs, phones, Xbox, Alexa, Ring could connect to the Eero. As it stands, I had to connect the Eero to the 1st port and connect the computer to the other port on the Eero. Then Xfinity had to come in and connect their router for the alarm system which we had to connect to the Eero and connect the computer to the Xfinity router. Mind you, all this after speaking with Eero, Arris and Xfinity. I'm not tech savvy but shouldn't I be able to utilize BOTH ethernet ports? I'm probably going to try to exchange it for a different modem if it's not too late from my purchase date.

Great modem. Stop wasting money using the crap modems your cable company RENTS to you. It will pay for itself in one tear. Note that you will need a good splitter to split signal to your cable box and wi-fi router, and it does not support voice.

Works so much better than the trash the providers give you. Highly recommend this modem.

Great for what it is. It isn't fiber so it will have to do but in terms of a 'cable modem' it does what it should and does it better than what any ISP will ever provide you. NEVER rent their crap if you can use your own, NEVER.

I purchased this to replace the one Spectrum installed, and the internet seems to be working better.

It is a very good modem I suppose, because I didn't have any internet problems since I got it. I get the same speed as promised by my internet provider.

Excellent replacement modem for my Spectrum internet. It works really well with my Eero mesh system.

It was a gift but it was an installation and has helped with speed.

Finally I have a fast and reliable modem, that gets the job done, once I set this up with Comcast I was on my way. The only downfall I have with this unit you can only use 1 of the Ethernet ports at a time, even though you have 2 ports in the back of the unit.

Easy to setup and faster speeds than my rented modem.

The Arris Surfboard 32x8 DOCSIS 3.1 Cable Modem I purchased yesterday is just what the doctor ordered. I am replacing a Netgear modem. This baby is fast...really fast. I mean fast. I love it and now it is so good I will likely take it for granted...which is the best review possible.
