I just replaced my 8 year old modem with this. It has worked perfectly so far on my 500Mb connection.

Small, effective and easy setup. Fixed my slow internet speeds and is good for up to 10gb speeds so good for another 10 years.

Seems to be doing the job but honestly, I don't know how to evaluate except that I'm getting internet and cable. It's a cheaper solution that getting the cable companies equipment and pay monthly for it.

Xfinity came out, plugged it in and it worked without a hickup. It is also small and cute. Love it.

Since my cable carrier wanted to charge a monthly fee I bought this since it's compatible with their system. The speed is great as it should be. My download speed is capped by my carrier (Shentel) at 50 megs PS and I'm pulling 50.6. Upload speed is capped at 10 megs PS and I'm pushing 9.7 so yeah, I'm a happy camper.

Simple, easy to install even easier to use. Then leave it alone.

Made my internet so fast. You can't use both ports on it. It allows link aggregation which you can double your link speed to your router but does not function as a router so you can only connect 1 router to your model.

Setup on Cox and it was easy. I did have to call to deactivate my old modem and then activate the new modem. Process took about 15 min. Recommended modem to use as a Cox Cable modem.

This was recommended by the salesman. I am very pleased with my purchase. It was easy to set up . I also purchased a mesh router to expand my wireless connection throughout my house.

I am coming from model#SB6190 which is the same manufacturer 1.4gb download speed. When I purchased this new Comcast modem model#SB8200 my download went up tremendously as well as the upload. Example would be that 719 download speed vs 949 dowload speed and my upload speed 6.2 vs 41.12.

The modem works! I was renting one through cable company and this allows me to save on my monthly bill. The modem is compatible with my cable provider so it is a win-win. I would recommend you check with your company before purchasing. I have fast internet so it works great!

Works well with xfinity services and paired with an eero pro 6, my experience using the internet has been great! The modem is easy to install, just plug and play.

Saving money by purchasing your own equipment was my main goal. This modem is upgraded for the future change of gig speed!

Surprised my husband with this, he had it in our cart so I ordered it! He wanted to update internet equipment for gaming and has noticed the improvement he wanted using this modem. We've been buying our own internet equipment for years and this one has been great so far!

This is a wonderful modum, surfboard is your go to. Only ever have to buy one per generation.

It works great. I’ve always been a fan of the surfboard series modems by Arris. One thing to note is that the extra port going out is in deed for a second line out. However, it needs it’s own IP thus doesn’t function like a router line out.
