Bought this to replace an older Arris Surfboard modem which was giving us connectivity issues after about 5 years. No problems so far and very easy setup.

Works as described. I am getting very close to my download speed from my internet provider. The only downside is that it only has 1 ethernet port working but this is per design, so it technically not Arris' fault. I just hooked a network switch and all is well.

This is a very good modem. I had purchased the netgear dm1000 and was disappointed. Since purchasing this Arris I have been very satisfied with the speed and consistency.

Upgrading to 400MB plan with Suddenlink ISP, needed minimum 16 channels for this service so upgraded modem from Surfboard SB6183 to this SB8200. ISP support had no issues with setup on their end to be able to communicate with this, and I now have 400MB download capability

I upgraded from my slower 3.0 16x4 Arris Surfboard to the 3.1 32x8 Arris Surfboard modem. Love the Arris Surboard brand. Older model gave me 4+ strong years of reliable speeds. Getting me that gigabit download speed and the highest upload speeds I have ever had!

The Arris Surfboaord 32 is highly regarded modem for the highest speed internet which my household uses. Works perfect and makes absolutely no noise. Delivery from Best Buy was lightning fast! Turning on and connecting was a snap and the price paid was very competitive.

And this one is no exception. Love that it can handle two separate networks, which is exactly what I needed. Solved some problems we were having with my workplace's internet and runs much better than the unit provided by Comcast Business when you pair this with a great router.

Finally got the best one, the speed I want it 1 gigabyte per second, before this one o got upgraded one it didn’t support my internet speed, this is the fastest one available in the market and supported by most internet companies.

This thing is fast!! I had a SB6141 docsis 3.0 and now with this one I can see the full potential of my providers 400mbs tier. I was getting low to mid 200mbs with the old modem and now get just shy of 500mbs with the docsis 3.1. What to do with all this bandwidth. 4k and Dolby vision don't stutter at all now.

This product was very easy to set up super fast the only issue I have is so it's expensive

I had initially purchased another brand but that was defective and was replaced by this one. Thank goodness because this was so easy to setup and activate. I’m happy with my purchase.

No problems kids aren't crying so it must be good with they're gaming.

This works great. Doubled my speed from my old modem using Xfinity without me paying for more service through my cable provider.

This is a great 3.1 modem that is compatible with many internet service providers. I have 300 speed with Consolidated Smart Systems and it works great. Definitely worth every penny. There are newer 3.2 modems, but they are not compatible with many ISPs.

We needed a two port modem for someone working from home. This was available locally. In our case, the two port allows the "work from home" pc to be connected directly alongside our wireless router. It's been working great.

It was super easy to set up and it's working great! Ive only been using it for a few weeks,but I'm very glad i bought this one.

Moved into my new house. Had Comcast come out and the tech registered this modem and had no issues connecting. Like all quality modems- still pricey but hey - at least you're not throwing away your money on renting, Very happy!

Easy setup !! Replaced Comcast WiFi modem with this. Better speed, and I'm not sharing my bandwidth with Xfinity wifi network. Coupled this with Amplfi HD mesh router, what a huge difference in wifi speed and capacity !! I don't know what you'd have to do to overrun this combo, it's monster. Highly recommended !!
