I have had this for almost a year. Seamless, fast and I have never even had to reset it. Modems can be very frustrating and it is finally nice to not have to reset, turn on/off, etc just to get your system online again. Completely worth the money!

I bought this to replace a less than 6 month old Netgear CM1000. After months of lag, intermittent disconnections, and inconsistent upload speeds, I stopped blaming my ISP and tried this modem out. Lo and behold, I have not had an issue since.

Returning as no longer needed. I purchased because it had a singular focus and was not trying to be everything to everyone. I would purchase again if I need a coax modem not a firewall, wireless AP, or router, just a great coax modem.

Working great with no issues. Replaced the SB6183 with this SB8200 and were glad we upgraded

Internet speed with new modem significantly improved with my provider. Initial speed test 197 M/sec, previous about 100 meg. Paying for 200 meg connection

Definitely helped speed up my home internet! Easy setup. Don't forget to call your Internet Service Provider to complete the setup procedure.

Wanted a good modem to handle all our needs with multiple pc’s, tablets and phones and now streaming tv. This has been perfect. Speed is consistently over 117 mbs. Very satisfied and works great with Spectrum internet.

This is my second Arris modem after the first one failed after a few months. Now not sure if this one picks up DOCSIS 3.1 like it was supposed to. Lights are all green, when two of the lights should be blue if signal is 3.1 . Arris company says it is due to the cable company's signal. Cable company blames the modem. Incoming and outgoing speed is good so will keep it for now but generally disappointed.

I was able to set us and start using this modem in less than 5 minutes including waiting for it to connect and upgrade. Very easy and up to Cox's current requirements for business connections.

This seems to be working so far and I feel it works well for the best priced modem.

Just upgraded from Surfboard DOCIS 3.0 to DOCIS 3.1. What a difference, super fast and smooth. Should of upgraded sooner.

This has worked very well for my computer set-up and internet. The speed is what I needed for what I use the computer for.

If you want to surf like a pro, you really need to use this modem for your everyday Internet access. This thing has all of the channels needed in order to get your gigabit Internet, that the provider probably isn't really giving you!

It’s working great at this time. I had a problem because the app that was recommended by the new router did not work for me. It recommend two different apps and none work but the technical support I got from my cable company did make the correct connection.

Works no issues with Xfinity, saves me money. The speed isn’t an issue with this one.

It improved my networks reliability and speed for three teenagers.

This is a great modem. I wish it were a little be more reasonably priced as it has been around for a while. However, it is extremely stable and performance is great as long as you have the proper router and ISP connected to it.

Docsys3.1 set up very easy.plays very well with NuWave cable added Asus rog ax11000 and 2 rt88u routers as aimesh nodes results were insane. Never expected the streaming results so strong I used to have major bottlenecking with old cable modem that’s all gone with 32x8 streaming
