Extremely easy to set up, set it and forget it type of product. Haven’t had any issues at all.

I had initially purchased another brand but that was defective and was replaced by this one. Thank goodness because this was so easy to setup and activate. I’m happy with my purchase.

I tired of renting the crappy modem/router from Comcast. This one does the trick, has sufficient speed to handle all the data in and out with no glitches..and it has enough headroom so that inshold be ok even when speeds improve on the outer Cape. Thanks, Geek Squad for recommending this.

Docsys3.1 set up very easy.plays very well with NuWave cable added Asus rog ax11000 and 2 rt88u routers as aimesh nodes results were insane. Never expected the streaming results so strong I used to have major bottlenecking with old cable modem that’s all gone with 32x8 streaming

Great alternative to renting a modem from Comcast if you're ordering service over 600MB/s. You'll have to call your ISP to ensure they deactivate your old modem and activate the new one. Connected to TP-Link Deco, works like a charm!

I use this instead of renting equipment from comcast. Works great, and easy set up. I was replacing older equipment. All i had to do was plug it in, and it started to work right away (please note that i did not change the gateway from Comast - if i had, some more work would have been needed).

Xfinity came out, plugged it in and it worked without a hickup. It is also small and cute. Love it.

I was able to set us and start using this modem in less than 5 minutes including waiting for it to connect and upgrade. Very easy and up to Cox's current requirements for business connections.

Upgraded parents internet and needed a capable DOCSIS 3.1 modem. There are others available, but the Arris Surfboard series provides the most bang for your buck. Quick and easy install.

I bought this cable modem because I already have an access point/router that is still working really good and it is half the price of the cable modem combo (wireless and cable modem). My ISP no longer supports my old cable modem, and it frequently drops wireless wifi coverage at home, and even the wired connection is also slow. I originally bought this same cable modem at Amazon, but it was defective and cannot be configured properly. It was a returned product from a previous customer, and I returned it too. I need a new cable modem badly and found out that my local Best Buy has the same item in stock at the same price as Amazon. I was able to pick up the new cable modem the same day and configured it immediately and it worked properly. I was very happy with the new item from Best Buy.

It’s working great at this time. I had a problem because the app that was recommended by the new router did not work for me. It recommend two different apps and none work but the technical support I got from my cable company did make the correct connection.

I'm very impressed with the surfboard unit, it works so much better than what I had before from cox internet

I don't buy modems often but when my last one failed, I decided that I should upgrade to one that supports faster speeds. I haven't had any issues with this and it works as advertised.

Very easy to set up. Connected modem, contacted Comcast via web page, synced to network, and it worked. Really needed DOCSIS 3.1 to get gigabit speeds. DOCSIS 3.0 limited me on Comcast to approximately 350MBps speeds. Once I added this, I'm up to 950MBps.

Works great with no issues and was easy to install. I would buy again or recommend this to be used if asked.
