Overall it’s a good modem, especially for the price. Speed is great for it value. Had some issues getting it connected to router but after it was up and going we haven’t had an issue since.

Great! Never has to be reset or anything wrong. Get the doxxis 3.1 is the current standard. Anything less isn’t worth it.

Been using this brand for the last several years. Does as it should. Although the stats on the box are a little off. (From what I've read.) Easy to hook up. Called Xfinity and it was activated within minutes. Good quality modem.

Easy to set up and use. Needed the high bandwidth and don't like to pay monthly for the one provided by Spectrum.

Modem works great had to replace an old modem. This one gives us what we needed. We had to get this modem because it was compatible with xfinity which some of the others were not which we found out after having to exchange for this one.

I tired of renting the crappy modem/router from Comcast. This one does the trick, has sufficient speed to handle all the data in and out with no glitches..and it has enough headroom so that inshold be ok even when speeds improve on the outer Cape. Thanks, Geek Squad for recommending this.

Very easy to set up. Connected modem, contacted Comcast via web page, synced to network, and it worked. Really needed DOCSIS 3.1 to get gigabit speeds. DOCSIS 3.0 limited me on Comcast to approximately 350MBps speeds. Once I added this, I'm up to 950MBps.

This is a excellent product. My Internet speed is faster than ever before before. I would recommend this product to my friends the next time they want to receive better Internet service in there home. I am very satisfied .

Got this to replace my older Motorola DOCSYS 3.0 cable modem to take advantage of a speed boost on Xfinity. Removed the Motorola, connected the Arris, called Comcast, and in 10 minutes was up and running. Couldn't be easier.

Saved our Internet. The replaced unit served its time. Over 10+ years. Solar is having a problem. But hope to resolve soon!

I use this instead of renting equipment from comcast. Works great, and easy set up. I was replacing older equipment. All i had to do was plug it in, and it started to work right away (please note that i did not change the gateway from Comast - if i had, some more work would have been needed).

Got this Modem from BestBuy and was originally having some internet issues with it but then it turned out to be an issue with the Coaxial Cable from our internet provider. Overall, pretty solid modem with great internet speeds.

Easy setup, compatible with my Astound/Wave broadband and worked right away. Nice to get rid of the ever rising cost of Astound provided modem every month!

Works well, great piece of tech! Should Do great things for your network too! It’s small footprint, cute little lights, And just works away ALL THE TIME. My previous model intermittently Would stop working...just working, working, and working.

I had been having internet speed issues and had bought this one off an employee recommendation and I haven’t had any issues since with the internet or having poor connection

I was having numerous drop outs with my previous 3.0 modem but with the Arris 3.1 the connection is rock solid with great speed.

I get close to 300-400 MBPS with this router. My previous surfboard only got me around 250. Instantly after I hooked up this router I ran some speedtests and could see the difference. Comcast basically requires you to get something like this to get fast, dependable, speeds.

it was easy to set it up and it has been working fine with with my xfinity plan without any major problems.

This little bad boy cranks out 1.1 gbps when wired in. We have around 25-30 devices connected on our home network (smart home) at all times and using this modem combined with our google wifi gives us a solid connection via wifi around our house. Love it.
