Bought this Arris Surfboard Modem to replace cable company monthy charge. Works perfect.

Good speed, awesome customer service, great price, had issue after 1.5 month but Arris took care of it right away, Comparing the Arris to the Netgear modem, there really doesn't seem to be a difference. Both are 3.1 spec systems that go over 600 Mbps. I would recommend this instead of renting from Comcast

Great buy. I have a gigablast speed and I am maintaining that speed on LAN. I have to upgrade to Doc 3.1. I have arris on my old Arris and trusted this brand so when I upgraded my device I just buy the same brand.

This modem has been great, the speed has increased significantly . Very well worth the money.

Have had device for 3 months now and it is performing as designed. My only complaint is it only has one usable 1G Ethernet lan port. I realize this a router and not a switch, but it has 2 Ethernet ports which led me to believe it did have a second lan port. It also has no firewall/outside access control. You need to be sure to route your traffic through a firewall, either a standalone network device or on your endpoint. Other than that, so far so good.

This solved all the problems we had with our internet intermittently cutting out. It replaced a 4+ year-old Surfboard modem. We were happy enough with the first one to purchase this as an upgrade.

Excellent product and fully supported by Comcast / Xfinity. My internet speed went from about 250MBps to about 600MBps when I changed my older modem, DOCSIS3.0 model to this one

I bought this to upgrade a friend from using a rented unit from Cox Communications. It worked great. is faster, and now they won't keep on paying a rental fee - they had paid on their current one for 2 years and that ended up being much more than just buying one originally.

This SB8200 replaces an SB6190 that was intermittently losing sync after three years of good service then finally required frequent power-cycling to keep it online. The new SB8200 activated on Comcast's network without any issues and appears to be solid.

Works as advertised. This modem replaced an Arris docsis 3.0 modem.

Had to upgrade to new modem with faster high-speed internet connection (WFH made this necessary). Zero troubles on setup. Easy to reboot when necessary. Tells me exactly what is going on with my connection at a glance.

I was paying for high speed internet but not getting the benefit because my old modem was not the appropriated one. Best Buy has this wonderful modem in sale and I bought it. The installation was amazingly easy and it increased my internet speed like 4x. Awesome!

Save yourself a monthly rental fee from your cable provider and get a future proof, high-speed connection for your internet and streaming services. Finally I have a modem that can deliver the high-speed upgrade that my cable provider had already implemented.

We purchased this when our previous unit (provided by the carrier) kept buffering. We haven't had a problem since installing it. Highly recommend.
