Bought this to replace an Arris after a lightning strike took out its LAN port. This one gets even better speeds, though it won’t bond to Doccis 3.1 down, just up. I pay for 10/100 and I’m getting 20/110. Also can’t get both LAN ports to drive two routers. It’s one or the other, but not both simultaneously. Likely some settling I missed.

Works well with spectrum internet. Went with this one for gig internet on spectrum. Works great no complaints.

As per recommendation from the Geek Squad, we purchased this modem in order to improve our lagging internet speed. The added bonus was the investment which has now allowed us to stop paying fees to the cable company. We have seen a steady and significant improvement with our speed. Thanks for the value-add advice!

This is a little spendy for what it is, but even overpriced its better than giving the cable company atleast $10/month for this. In about a year you are ahead and saving money. This modem allows me to get my full 500 download speeds. Best I found for the money that actually let me get my full speeds as advertised.

This product is fast to say the least. Purchased due to dwindling performance with previous device. Notice and immediate pick up in data transfer speed. I have 1-3 TVs streaming and 1-3 gamers on Xbox live and never notice any speed difference even when all 6 are going at once. I highly recommend this device to you.

Modem has been great since purchase, my brother now uses wirh 0 issues vs the few netgear ones he had and all have broken

I didn't wanna rent this from my ISP since it's way cheaper to buy. Pretty easy to set up and switching over from a different modem. Just call your ISP and give them the modem info, reset modem and your done

The modem is very stable. Some issues with xfinity it not give support for the second eternet port only work one of them I was on the phone with comcast for 1 hrs try to get it working has something to do with the firmware. Otherwise is estable and fast when restarting.

I acquired this modem because we were having trouble with our internet connection, and I wasn't sure if the tech who was dispatched to our house would render a decision that ended with "you need a new modem." In other words, I wanted to be prepared. Turns out the outside wire from the pole to the house wasn't properly installed (how it worked for 3+ years and suddenly didn't I'll never know), and the guy fixed it. BUT, apparently cable & internet providers are moving to a new standard (docsys 3.1) which this modem accommodates. So, I went ahead and kept the new modem--I'll be ready for the update. So far, so good. NOTE, this one DOES have an extra Ethernet port on the back, so you can plug a device directly into it, if you need to--also potentially useful for diagnosing wifi issues, like figuring out if your router is bad or if the internet is down.

Very good modem. Fixed my connection issue with optimum. Now get downloads of up to 940mb.

This is a great high speed modem. I have it paired with my eeros and hasn’t giving a single issue. I’d buy it again if necessary !!

Had a previous model that was 10 years old. Was having intermittent problems with constant internet speeds. This new replacement works great and have seen a significant improvement in my internet.

This is a very efficient and powerful wifi but it needs a router for it to work. It works with any good router.

Not the flashiest modem out there, but it gets the job done at a reasonable price. I've had it up and running for over a month and have had no issues. What else would you want?

Seems to be working fine. Guy at store said it should support 6 people all on devices. Christmas will be the proof in the pudding, i guess.

Easy setup with Comcast service. Works great with Google Wifi. Speed test shows 980 mbps on wired connection and about 450 wireless.

If you're looking for a modem that provides great speeds - this is it! The only downside is you have to be in an area where there's a cable company like Cox or Xfinity, and more importantly, an area where they have a gigabit set up.
