Why Rent from Your Provider?

Worth it

I was forced to buy a modem they couldn't do that too. I actually get my 960Mbps download speeds now. I couldn't be happier

In fact, since most devices are WiFi, the available throughput to any one device is a portion of that. I would have preferred this be available in black.

Better, faster, stronger...

Setup was easy with cox cable, DOCSIS 3.1 allowed me to get faster speeds when I upgraded my internet service.

Both were replaced because of failures, but not before several years of use. Wanted to upgrade to a DOCSIS 3.1 so Arris was my first choice. I was surprised that the power cord and adapter has been shortened since my last Arris purchase. About 10 inches shorter.

I ordered online, picked it up from the store (delivered to the car) and installed. Everything as easy and my download speed is through the roof.

Use This For Ultra High Speed Internet

If you are running at higher speeds, this unit handles the signal being provided much better than the box you are charged for from Cox or any other cable internet service provider. Make sure you purchase a DOCSIS 3.1 modem and do not listen to anything a phone technician says or tries to talk you into... they all have no clue and are reading from a script and have never installed any equipment. Buy it from Best Buy and you will be ready for high speed.

Bought to replace cable company equipment

This is working great so far and we have bought ARRIS products in the past with good results. Recommended.

Huge upgrade from provider modem

So I did, and I outdid them one - this modem has DOCSYS 3.1 capability, and so far, Xfinity does not, so I am ahead of them by 0.1 versions!
