Easy to set up and will save Me money from renting equipment.

Surfboard 8200, hands down is the fastest cable modem I've come across on the market. I ran several tests up against spectrum's gigabit modem and the surfboard 8200 beat it out every time. Thanks Marcus

Replaced another 3.1 modem of another brand; will never stray from Arris again! Tried two exact models of the other brand and just did not have the performance for Gig speeds as this one does.

Easy to install with app or Comcast home app , type in modem address and done I am paying Comcast for 400 down and 20 up, I am getting 500 down and 24 up, what’s not to like

Not paying the cable company when I can get this and save thousands. Works great haven't had one issue does everything I need it to.

Finally, got rid of my cable company modem and installed the Arris-Surfboard modem. The set-up was very easy. Looking forward to the savings owning the modem versus renting from the cable company.

Worked with Best Buy home consultant recommended this unit for modem needs. Thus far I am very happy with this product. One of my goals is not to rent equipment again. No more ATT or Cox equipment required.

This modem is really fast, I’m giving only four stars becase the first week I connected it was dropping internet often and I had to restart it a few times but now it’s been about two weeks and it’s working good and haven’t dropped internet

So far so good. Wasn't getting speeds paid for with older modem. This one increased upload from 10 to 50. Download speeds are only marginally better. Thinking router is now the issue.

Happy with it You need to call your provider to set it up through your account. It’s not going to work when you hook it up if you did not call and set it up with your internet company. Best Buy always give great deals

Easy install and the product works as advertised.

Easy install. Hooked up. Connected it thru spectrum online.. One thing is that at night the lights shine thru the holes on the side and it brightens up the room

Very Easy setup. I just unhooked my old modem, replaced it with my new Arris 3.1 doc and a couple minutes later it was working fine. I didn't have to do any set up other than enter my password. Couldn't be easier. John

Great little modem has all the bells and whistles. Took a little while for Cox to hook it up (first guy anyways) second guy had the right ideas to get it working. Love it, Cant beat it!!!

Great modem. After the last one was hit by a power surge we bought the same one again.

I had to upgrade my modem equipment from that provided by my service provider. This is a great piece of equipment works fine and I save money on the provide her rental cost.

Had to replace cable modem and this was cheaper than renting one for a year and much faster than that cable company device. Good time to get a different wireless setup too

Been a great modem allowing for blazing speeds. Meets all new internet speeds as 3.0 is on the way out.

I was just upgrading my Internet service so I needed a new modem obviously. I chose the Arris surfboard 32 X8 docsis 3.1 cable modem. To make my review short it was an excellent buy, and I would recommend it to anyone.

It is the best modem we have purchased so far. We have had a few modems over the years but, this is the definitely the best we have had.
