Easy setup, just plug it in and turn it on. Your isp may need to manually recognize it if automatic recognition doesn't work.

Simple to install in no time. Comcast person was very familiar with device and made the transition so much easier. After installation, provided equal to or better than previous Xfinity modem. Did already have wireless devices from Best Buy that provided great coverage.

Modem works great. Got it on Sale to replace my cable modem and save $15 a month on my internet bill. Set up was easy using an app.

Upgraded my internet connection with Cox and they gave me the option to buy my own cable modem instead of renting from them, this is the one they recommended. Great deal at BestBuy saving me money on the rental.

I recently cut the cord, and switched from all Comcast supplied equipment, including the cable modem/gateway. I wanted to make sure I got a unit that could handle the gig speed tier bandwidth I was paying for, and this unit definitely delivers on that requirement. Just a quick word about the 2 ports in the back. They are intended for separate addresses, so unless you have two discreet addresses coming from Comcast, don't use the 2nd port. Use one, or the other, or you will find the two connected devices fighting for the same single IP addresses that you typically get.

A great High Speed modem. Replaced a another modem that was replaced because of size of house issues.

Upgraded from the SURFboard 6141 to this model to obtain faster speeds. This modem works great, upgraded to the gigabyte plan with Comcast Xfinity and Speedtest show I’m able to obtain speeds around 940mbps.

Doubled my speed as soon as I plugged it in! just do it.

Easy to install and it works great with Comcast cable. They have direction with it you don't even have to call the cable company. You can do right on line and do it. About 5 minutes and your done love that part.

Works Great. Was easy to set up. Works with STRATUSIQ / Falcon Broadband. Bought it on sell. It had more features then Higher priced modems. Can accommodate up to 10Gbit speed from an ISP. FUTURE PROOF.

Nice and stable. It was a nice progression in equipment but i wish it was a bit cheaper.

Previously had the 3.0 version and felt it was time to upgrade my home network. Great modem for the price!

Worked great for a while, but it runs super hot and had to be rebooted often. It connected to Xfinity seamlessly and was easy to setup. I just replaced it in December 2020, so not a good value imo.

My cable company upgraded my service, needed a new Cable Modem, I picked the ARRIS SURFBOARD 32x8 DOCSIS 3.1 CABLE MODEM. It works great happy with the performance and happy with the product.

Bought it to avoid renting one from Cox. Works well and compatible as advertised. I use it with the Eero system to have reliable WiFi throughout the house.
