So far so good as I have only had the product a little over a month. It was easy to setup and if it does as well as my last Arris 3.0 I well be very happy!

Replaced 2 year old modem and expected only slight improvement. Happily surprised when my son told me his online gaming improved significantly. Much better than expected as all networked items now are faster as well.

I don't know much about networking. Downloading faster than my old one.

I prefer my own networking gear as opposed to renting from the provider. This works for my current 1gb wired speed and allows for increases without the need to replace. You cant go wrong.

I needed a new modem to accommodate the high speed internet in our new home, but I didn't want to rent one from Xfinity. So far, this modem has been a treat.

great unit that meets every thing i need, not to mention the size is awesome and easy to hide since it is so small, almost looks like a book on my book shelf.

Purchased this cable modem for a new Xfinity installation. The product functioned well when either one of the two 1Gb Ethernet cable ports were used to connect a laptop computer. When a Netgear Nighthawk AC1900 router was connected, none of the associated WiFi devices could connect to the Internet. The problem was resolved by installing a Netgear 1Gbx5 port switch between the ARRIS SURFboard modem and Netgear Nighthawk router. It is not clear whether this is a compatibility issue inherent in the ARRIS modem or the Netgear router.

Went from DOCSIS 3.0 to 3.1 due to speed limitations and this fixed my bandwidth issues. I wasn't getting about 300 Mbps as promised by my ISP using 3.0.

Needed a faster solution and this did the trick. Easy to install and setup - going in less than 5 minutes.

Straight forward installation with technical assistance from Cox. Flawless operation so far.

Bought this as an upgrade from an ARRIS surfboard 8x4 3.0. my old one was over 5 years old, once I upgraded my speeds went from 30 Mbps to over 200 Mbps. My plan is currently up to 200 Mbps.

This is the 2nd Arris Cable Modem that I have purchased. I had to upgrade as I increased my Internet Speed to 1 GB. You will save a lot of money by purchasing this instead of renting one from you cable provider.

It's a modem! what more can I say. It does its job and provides me more speed with the 3.1 DOCSIS than the Netgear that I had and it was 3.0 DOCSIS
