Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.having owned all 4 major game systems (xbox series x, ps5, switch & gaming pc) I find myself drawn to the allure that is Tears of the Kingdom, I can't even begin to express how the 100+ hours I've sank into this game has barely scratched the surface of what this game has to offer, easily best game of the year if not decade and it isn't even a true native 1080p, to summarize in a word: astounding.

I am not a big fan of reused assets and over-reliance on recurring story cliches in the Zelda series. The beginning of the game asked me to take the story seriously, so I am. Zelda needs to try new things (story-wise).

Always nice to get something free with a game purchase, and a Zelda game is always a fabulous value for the 100s of hours one can sink into it. A little bent around the corners so shipping wasn't perfect.
