Q: I got an email saying this was left in my cart. Is it a glitch or does this mean I almost managed to get the tears of the kingdom collectors edition, and lost last millisecond?

Q: Not a question, just putting this here to address the other answers on here. This is a PHYSICAL print. I work at the store and saw them, so definitely not digital. As far as size, idk exact dimensions but close to the size of a PS5 game case.

A: As long as it shows it as a free item on your order it should be guaranteed. Hopefully your store follows procedure, though, and doesn’t give out prints to people who don’t have them as part of their orders, because I can see that becoming a potential issue.

Q: How do I get this added to my pre-order? Customer service was unable to add it

A: Mine was added automatically, a few weeks after I placed my order.

Q: Is this a digital item or a physical item?

A: Physical copy of a digital art print. About the size of a regular piece of computer paper. 8.5×11

Q: this was added to my order, then it looks like it was cancelled, is that correct? I would like to receive this item??

A: If you pre ordered the game before it was officially announced. Then you didnt get the art print. If you pre ordered it after the officially release date. Like after everybody found out the game was $70 and not $60. Then you got the print. Their was only so many available to the first couple hundered people or less. This was based off what I read about the free art when I pre ordered mine after the official release date of the game. Different stores gave out different things depending on where you got your copy.

Q: What is the size of this print?

A: I just chatted with Support. They said it is 13”x 19”. If you choose in-store pick up, you will get it when you pick up the game. Otherwise it will be shipped with the game.

Q: Well This says ART PRINT so have mine ready when i get there i dont need no more digital fakeness, and it dont say digital so.

A: Nope. Not a digital art. It’s a PHYSICAL art print!

Q: I was just curious on the size of this. It looks trading card sized in the picture. Just wanted to confirm?

A: 8.5×11 the same size as a regular piece of computer paper. The print is of thick card stock. It has its own paper border/frame.
