A fresh take

The story feels like it’s a lot more open and gives more reason to explore. Having done much of the naval combat but it feels like they really did a good job on the combat.

Good game, very long

Don't get me wrong, I love fleshed out content and packaging a lot into a single game, but this feels almost overdone. Like they kept saying "yes" to every idea that came through, and ended up bloating the entire project. Good game, true to form, just verrrry long.

It's nothing spectacular but I did enjoy myself while I completed the campaign and first two DLC chapters. It could have been released without the Assassin's Creed connection and still be fun.
