Works as advertised. Like the options but the headset itself isn't as comfortable as I'd like.

I bought this headset primarily for the microphone to narrate presentations. The microphone quality was not there ... which is not to say that it is not a good gaming headset. If you want this headset for any application where you need to record high quality audio - this one may not be the one you are after.

I purchased a set and they worked flawlessly and I was truly impressed but a few days after they stopped working and would not sync and I had no audio at all. Got the best buy replacement plan and they replaced and I have been happy with my purchase.

A little expensive for me but I still got it because the other headsets bothered me the only downfall is that the charge does not hold very long and it doesn't come with an adapter to plug it into the controller to charge it. It would be cool if it charged wireless too.

This headset just took a crap on me. But I have had it 3 full years. I’ve beat the crap out of this thing. Always on charger by choice not because it needed to be. Will be buying another.

Bought a set for my son 2 years ago, they died and bought second set because the others did not rate as high and were of a lesser sound quality

A good pair, but not much for instructions. the material is decent quality but I have some concerns about long term use. will have to wait and see how they turn out

Love everything about them, but I have been getting some weird audio issues. Robotic or metalic Sounds with either incoming or outgoing audio.

Product A 50 didn't work no what we was advise to do. We did all steps and it failed . What sucks is you have to deal with someone in Ca and have to email cannot talk to anyone in person if bestbuy cannot stand by their products them self I am done with them . Also had a computer fixed the mother board fixed that now wifi antenna want work if worked before it was worked on. Not happy with bestbuy will not buy any thing else and will destroy by bestbuy card

Over all good head set needs better drivers but does exactly what you need and comfy a40 are better comfort wise but still o er all great headset

Some connectivity issues. Started to intermittently cut in and out. Even with current firmware I still had issues. I honestly don’t know why they went with a 5GHz connection when most newer devices run on a 5GHz channel. Even with a radio channel change for my wi-fi it still didn’t help. Idk...It works when it does. I went to a nice pair of audiophile headphones with a mic boom as a replacement.

Astro a40 tr is a much better option. Save $50 and go that route if you don't mind the cord.

Wanted a gamers headset that was compatible with multiple game systems and a PC, these work great

I couldnt tell which one was the new one or the older A50 read before buying
