Laptop has hard time streaming 720p content without stutter, forget about 1080p or 4K streaming. Needs more ram for streaming use but RAM is not upgradeable (soldered on MB). Laptop pretty good for email and browsing, but not streaming HD. Returning Laptop.

I do understand your disappointment if you are experiencing problem streaming video out to a big screen TV. Certainly, the unit was designed to stream video out to a big screen TV or external monitor without compromising system stability and performance. Since streaming video in HD requires a high-speed connection and a stable internet service, please make sure the laptop has access to these. Also, in order to maintain optimum system stability and performance, cumulative WINDOWS Update needs to be installed periodically.
