Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this laptop, if you can even call it that- when I was 20 I’ve had it sitting in my closet for the past 2 years collecting dust, before I decided to retire it I used it as a giant paper weight and also used it in the bathtub to listen to YouTube videos (yes it was in the water) it’s audio is like listening to an iPod touch 1st gen and the processor is so slow that I grew from 20 to 21 before google even loaded, wanna play RuneScape? Sorry but this computer is so bad you’ll never leave lumbridge, let alone be able to click the run command, I enjoyed its use and eventually retired it to my closet where it now is permanent in my closet dungeon, don’t ever be like me and waste $125 when you can completely buy better things in life, I’d rather buy 100 tubs of ice cream before I wasted that money on this dumpster fire, also if you’re using it for exams for college- expect to fail the classes, imagine sitting on your comfortable bed trying to take an online test and it crashes on the last second of you submitting it just for you to get a 0 in class, have fun trying to explain to your professor that you bought such a waste of time laptop. I’d rather this 0/5 stars but I couldn’t bestbuy would let me disrespect it any further.

I do understand your disappointment if you are experiencing slow system speed or performance with the laptop. Certainly, the unit was designed as an entry-level computer that runs basic and light computing applications like web-surfing, emailing and word-processing without compromising system stability and performance. This issue is temporary during the initial WINDOWS setup and before installing cumulative WINDOWS Update, regardless what brand name of computer this may be. This may take a longer time depending on the network traffic from the update server and the stability of your high-speed internet service. Once initial setup and WINDOWS Update installation completed, system speed or performance will be optimized. In order to maintain optimum system stability and performance, cumulative WINDOWS Update needs to be installed periodically. If you are accessing web applications, please make sure the unit has access to an established router and internet service is working properly since this will definitely affect system speed and performance.
