It’s been a while that it hasn’t worked, the screen is pitch black. When you connect it to the charger, the light comes on but it apparently doesn’t charge at all. No sign of it trying to turn on when you pressed the power button. Pretty much a waste of money.

I needed to have multiple browser windows open and the internet kept crashing on me...was not able to do what I bought it for. I will be returning this, however the store associate was super nice and professional!

This laptop comes with windows 10 s, not windows 10. Windows 10 s wont allow you to download anything from the internet, only things from their app store can be downloaded so you cant get things like google chrome or games. Will be returning.

Took no time to stop working...

I actually bought two. The other takes a long time to boot up. It stays on a black screen for ten minutes with the courser visible. I’ll return both just because I have no faith in this product.

I certainly understand your concern regarding the issue with the touchpad and the inconvenience this may have caused you. In order to improve the touchpad responsiveness and stability, please install all recommended WINDOWS Update. If you are accessing web applications, please verify if the laptop has access to an established router and internet service is working properly since this will affect the responsiveness of the touchpad. Also, try updating the ASUS Smart Gesture utility and try to configure the touchpad within the application. In regards to the long boot up time and black screen you started experiencing, cumulative WINDOWS Update needs to be installed periodically in order to maintain optimum system stability and performance. Broken again

I have had it fix a few times my little one has had this Denver 2018 dec. 95 percent of the time can’t even use it for school class online super disappointed in the product. I thought this would be a great beginners laptop.

Has already stopped working

I would not recommend this product and I only hope that Best Buy stands behind their return policy when I take it back this weekend.

Battery

Computer turned on, and then as soon as the battery died it no longer worked. Took it back into Best Buy and they said the battery is complete dead and they could not get it to turn on.
