Can't use Windows apps
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.You can't use normal Windows apps, app store only. Power brick overheats after 2 minutes and you can't change laptop settings or even load the Microsoft store properly. Waste of money. I'm returning ASAP.

The laptop came pre-installed with WINDOWS 10 S version, which only allows to install and run software or applications available at the Microsoft Store. Caveat Emptor
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Best Buy Specs indicate that the Operating System is Windows 10 Home, but it is actually Windows 10 S. It booted up only 5 times. Now it is dead. So the OS doesn't really matter anymore.

Terrible. Died after 30 min
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Junk. Very disappointed child on Christmas morning when this worked for about 30 minutes and then died. Would not turn back on. Returned it and paid the extr $30 for a Samsung Chromebook.

Thank you for writing a comment for the product. I do understand your disappointment and the inconvenience if the system will not boot up or power on suddenly. Usually, you will do the following to resolve the issue. Try to do a power cycle a couple of times. Shut it down completely, wait for at least 10 seconds then power on. Please wait, if the system is applying updates in the System Registry, it will black screen temporarily. If it still black screen after a few minutes, at least 10 minutes, please repeat the power cycle process again. Please verify if the AC adapter was properly connected from the laptop to a working surge protector or AC outlet and the power button is being pressed all the way down to trigger a power on signal. Also, please try to disconnect the power cable and let the unit drain for 24 hours to clear the memory and reset the hardware to default settings. After doing this, please reconnect your AC adapter then power on the unit. If you need further assistance, please email me at [email protected] and I will be more than happy to help.
