Good upgradable basic travel laptop

Fast boot once you upgrade to a SSD boot drive and use the internal 64 GB drive as a backup storage. Don't expect it to be a full fast processing laptop if you turn off S mode and install regular PC software. Good to check email, surf web, and watch video on the go. Battery drains slightly faster than normal even off, but for the price can't complain. Upgrading to a 512 GB SSD M2 slot yourself is easy and way cheaper than buying similar product with 512 GB capacity.

Don’t do it

You have to restart to turn it on if you’re inactive for more than a few seconds. Has to stay plugged in (only holds a charge for an hour or so). For $110, it’s fine I suppose, but if I hadn’t gotten it on clearance I would return it.

I'm surprised how many blue screen resets I've gotten for how often I use the thing, and for all else Windows 11 took from Chromebook they didn't take the battery laying while the laptop is closed, not the convenience of opening it up and instantly being right back in, instead needing a notable moment to wake up and let me type in a pin. Sometimes it doesn't even do that right for a good minute or too while I'm praying keys and seeing the trackpad and wondering if I'm doing something wrong this time.

We certainly understand the inconvenience this may have caused if you are experiencing Blue-Screen-Of-Death and stability issue with the laptop. To resolve the issue, please try to do a power cycle by shutting it down completely, disconnect any external devices and do a system reboot or restart. You may need to do this a couple of times. If problem persisted, please bot up in Safe Mode.
1. Click the Windows-button → Power.
2. Hold down the shift key and click Restart.
3. Click the option Troubleshoot and then Advanced options.
4. Go to “Advanced options” and click Start-up Settings.
5. Under “Start-up Settings” click Restart.
6. Various boot options are displayed. ...
7. Windows 11 starts in Safe Mode.
Once in Safe mode do a System Restore in order to revert the system to the last known configuration. If this didn't work, boot up again in Safe mode and do a System Recovery.

Anybody complaining about this laptop not being able to do games, or it not being powerful or fast enough is just totally ignorant. It is NOT meant for those purposes. If you want a great laptop for schoolwork, to get online with, to check your email and do some spreadsheets and word documents and some YouTube/Netflix watching, then this is perfect, and is super portable. Don’t give it a bad rating because you’re too ignorant to use it for its intended purpose!
