I also do all my invoicing with it. Battery life is awsome I love the fact it folds in half and I can use a stylus pen for project reviews and have customers sign. I would highly recommend this laptop for anybody needing a budget friendly laptop with great specs.

I am not a power user and my primary purpose of this notebook is for a traveling (in-flight movies and music), and occasional use of Excel and tax filing. It's a good enough for a basic user. Only upgrade I made was for a bigger SSD to M.2 2280NVMe 500GB. It works well for my use.

Since it arrived I've spent some time trying to get the software to my liking without much luck. Not a BB problem but a Microsoft one. I planned to give it to my wife for xmas but she is computer e literate so it's no use to her.

The laptop comes with a WINDOWS 11 S Mode version, which was intended for speed, simplicity and security. Only applications available at the Microsoft Store are allowed to be installed. If this is your first experience with Windows 11, please go to: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/features?r=1 for helpful tips on how to navigate within the OS smoothly. In order to install third-party applications, the OS needs to be switched to WINDOWS 11 HOME. For tutorials on how to switch the OS, please go to: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/switching-out-of-s-mode-in-windows-4f56d9be-99ec-6983-119f-031bfb28a307#WindowsVersion=Windows_11.

The performance on the 14" was to be expected but the battery life was what surprised me. On the 11.6" however, it sucks. I'm lucky to get 45 minutes to an hour before it starts warning me. Also, I can shutdown and after a day or two, attempt to power on the laptop and the battery is dead, like it never actually shutdown. Considering this was more expensive than the 14" I should have just bought another 14". I have to keep this one on a charger just to have a web browser open or race the clock to get it on a charger before it shuts down.
