After troubleshooting with Asus, they want me to send it in. Their 12-month warranty is completely misleading. They will cover repairs, but I have to pay for shipping with insurance both ways ($160), plus pay for a return slip (at that point I didn't even ask how much that was). Will never buy another Asus product.

The laptop is extremely slow, and i mean PAINFULLY slow. I bought this laptop in an emergency after my previous laptop broke unexpectedly. This laptop is awful for regular everyday use.
