When she brought it back a month later, they refused to exchange, so instead they convinced her to send it out for service and she ended up buying another one since she was traveling. 10 days after she got it, the same thing happened. Only this time, they let her exchange it for another one.

Seemed like it was just what I wanted for my 81 year old grandma bexcuse she knows how to work her android smart phone but then the system crashed and wouldn't reload.
