    This is junk. The screen display can not handle graphics. If you have more than two windows open it says you are overloading the memory. You can only use Bing. Just awful.

    This laptop works well for basic internet use. Checking emails, and simple browsing of the internet. You get what you paid for and Im very pleased with it.

    Died after 6 months. Hardly used it.

    Poorest quality. Completely failed after just six months of super-light use. It won’t even turn on. Before it broke it was appallingly slow, even for basic tasks such as word processing. I was willing to live with that because it was so cheap.

      Hard Reset
      1. Remove all external devices such as the AC adapter, USB devices, etc.
      2. Press and hold the power button for 60 seconds.
      3. Reconnect the AC adapter.
      4. Turn on the power of the device.

    Not worth the money

    I got this around Thanksgiving. I noticed every time I gave it a command it took at least 30 seconds before it would respond. Then when I attempted to print, I got “Not responding”. I took it to the Best Buy where I bought it and after the Geek Squad looked at it they said this laptop is more for children and doing very basic things. It can support Word, but not Excel or anything else.

    Overheating issues, battery dies quickly, and had only two school apps and ran out of space. Cost definitely matters here.
