    The laptop stutters and freezes very frequently, I've bought it for college and its barely good enough to work on.

    Died after 6 months. Hardly used it.

    Poorest quality. Completely failed after just six months of super-light use. It won’t even turn on. Before it broke it was appallingly slow, even for basic tasks such as word processing. I was willing to live with that because it was so cheap.

      Hard Reset
      1. Remove all external devices such as the AC adapter, USB devices, etc.
      2. Press and hold the power button for 60 seconds.
      3. Reconnect the AC adapter.
      4. Turn on the power of the device.

    I needed 3 laptops for students and these did the job. The computers don’t lag when they are on roblox. So definitely a plus.

    I absolutely love my new laptop. It is so easy to maneuver and fits perfectly in my briefcase. I love where the number keypad is!!

    Windows 11 is horrible = seemed to work well at first- has gotten worse at every update.. Computer now seems to have a mind of its own. Computer as Chromebook would be a better buy.

    I will not buy this product again. Who is it for? I don't know maybe recommend it to a 9 -12 year old.
