Absolutely, it is a decent laptop for school works and daily computing needs. I do understand your disappointment with the short battery life and slow system speed or performance. Certainly, the unit was designed as an entry-level computer that runs basic and light computing applications like web-surfing, emailing and word-processing without compromising system stability and performance.
In order to improve or prolong the battery charged time, please try to do a battery calibration manually. To start with, please drain it completely then charge it fully without using the system. Once fully-charged, please use the system, without the AC adapter connected, and drain it completely again. Please repeat the charging process thereafter. Also, please verify if the unit is running with the most current system update and third-party battery draining applications are not running if not in used.
In regards to the slow system speed or performance, ensure that cumulative WINDOWS Update needs to be installed periodically in order to maintain optimum system stability and performance. If you are accessing web applications, please make sure the unit has access to an established router and internet service is working properly since this will definitely affect system speed and performance. Also, clearing internet cache or browsing history will improve system performance.

They should lower a little bit more .. other than that it's ok .. one time it freeze like for 10 seconds.. but it could be the system... Cause of updates and all that

Has Windows 10 and a great battery. Screen looks good and is big enough. It’s very light. Only complaint is the keyboard isn’t the best doesn’t have good feel to it.

I do understand your disappointment with the product and the inconvenience if you are experiencing slow system speed or performance with the laptop. Certainly, the unit was designed as an entry-level computer that runs basic and light computing applications like web-surfing, emailing and word-processing without compromising system stability and performance. This issue is temporary during the initial WINDOWS setup and before installing cumulative WINDOWS Update, regardless what brand name of computer this may be. This may take a longer time depending on the network traffic from the update server and the stability of your high-speed internet service. Also, laptop will do several system reboot or restart during the update process. Once initial setup and WINDOWS Update installation completed, system speed or performance will be optimized. In order to maintain optimum system stability and performance, cumulative WINDOWS Update needs to be installed periodically. If you are accessing web applications, please make sure the unit has access to an established router and internet service is working properly since this will definitely affect system speed and performance.
