It is slow, despite just using it twice, and any cool features you want to use need to be downloaded, and then you’re told it’s not compatible with this laptop. I couldn’t even download any video editing software, which is WHY I bought the thing. Just a total waste of a computer, boring, heavy, and malfunctions non stop.

I do understand your disappointment with the product if you are experiencing slow system speed or performance with the laptop. Certainly, the unit was designed as an entry-level computer that runs basic and light computing applications like web-surfing, emailing and word-processing without compromising system stability and performance. This issue is temporary during the initial WINDOWS setup and before installing cumulative WINDOWS Update, regardless what brand name of computer this may be. This may take a longer time depending on the network traffic from the update server and the stability of your high-speed internet service. Also, laptop will do several system reboot, black screen temporarily or restart during the update process. Once initial setup and WINDOWS Update installation completed, system speed or performance will be optimized. In order to maintain optimum system stability and performance, cumulative WINDOWS Update needs to be installed periodically. If you are accessing web applications, please make sure the unit has access to an established router and internet service is working properly since this will definitely affect system speed and performance, like downloading and installing third-party software. Absolutely, lots of satisfied customers, having positive experience using the product, will agree with you it is a decent system that is perfect for running basic and light computing applications, without compromising system stability and performance. In order to improve or prolong the battery charged time, please try to do a battery calibration manually. To start with, please drain it completely then charge it fully without using the system. Once fully-charged, please use the system, without the AC adapter connected, and drain it completely again. Please repeat the charging process thereafter. Also, please verify if the unit is running with the most current system update and third-party battery draining applications are not running if not in used. It is normal for the hardrive to generate noise while spinning or running. To maintain optimum system stability and performance, cumulative WINDOWS Update needs to be installed periodically.
