It’s only been a month and I’m so unhappy with how much it lags. All I am trying to use it for is Word and it’s STILL a problem.

Certainly, the unit was designed to run popular computing applications like web-surfing, emailing and word-processing without compromising system stability and performance. In order to maintain optimum system stability and performance, cumulative WINDOWS Update needs to be installed periodically. If you are accessing web applications, please make sure the unit has access to an established router and internet service is working properly since this will definitely affect system speed and performance. Couldn’t complete basic tasks like open multiple word documents, the browser would keep crashing with only 10 tabs open. This is okay for a kid in school but not great for college or job search.

It took forever to boot up,and then the screen would all of a sudden go blank. I do not know if it was a defect in the computer,or if that model is so slow.

Thank you for writing a comment for the product. I do understand your disappointment and inconvenience if you are experiencing slow system speed or performance, and black screen with the laptop. These issues are temporary during the initial WINDOWS setup and before installing cumulative WINDOWS Update, regardless what brand name of computer this may be. This may take a longer time depending on the network traffic from the update server and the stability of your high-speed internet service. Also, laptop will do several system reboot, black screen temporarily or restart during the update process. Once initial setup and WINDOWS Update installation completed, system speed or performance will be optimized. In order to maintain optimum system stability and performance, cumulative WINDOWS Update needs to be installed periodically. If you are accessing web applications, please make sure the unit has access to an established router and internet service is working properly since this will definitely affect system speed and performance. System failed after 1 day

I turned the computer off and accessed it a couple days later. It would not start. It kept hanging with a circle and would not load. I restarted it several times and tried for over an hour. The laptop, without even being used, without having any programs installed on it, failed.

Thank you for writing a comment for the product. I do understand your disappointment if the system will not boot up in WINDWS the next day. Usually, you will do the following to resolve the issue. Try to do a power cycle a couple of times. Shut it down completely, wait for at least 10 seconds then power on. Please wait, if the system is applying updates in the System Registry, it will black screen temporarily. If it still black screen after a few minutes, at least 10 minutes, please repeat the power cycle process again. Please verify if the AC adapter was properly connected from the laptop to a working surge protector or AC outlet and the power button is being pressed all the way down to trigger a power on signal. Also, please try to disconnect the power cable and let the unit drain for 24 hours to clear the memory and reset the hardware to default settings. After doing this, please reconnect your AC adapter then power on the unit. If you need further assistance, please email me at [email protected] and I will be more than happy to help.

Failed after 19 months

Then today while my son was doing his virtual learning it just turned off. No burn smell so I don't suspect a surge. Its just dead. Will not charge while plugged in. No lights showing its charging and will not power on. Very disappointed. Of course I'm out of my 1 year warranty. Didn't last a year and a half.
