Uses it daily for her job as a paralegal, good for office work

Purchased for use at collage for our son. Great Laptop/Tablet.

I have had no issues with the operation of the laptop. When I do use touch screen, it is simple but cannot figure out the writing and highlighting features. It is important to not constantly leave it on because my hardware was shot after only 5 months whether due to this or another problem. Beyond this, it's an affordable and durable laptop for students

I was looking for a laptop to check email and have music on and I got so much more! I love that this can switch to tablet mode and the touch screen is great! I completely recommend this laptop!

I'm an artist tgat does lots pf digital painting so I was searching for a device that could handle the load of digital work. A Microsoft Surface would be ideal, but it is prohibitively expensive. I upgraded the memory and it does well while travelling. It's great for the usual needs so I would recommend it if you want a good value for your hard-earned dollars.

She is so happy with this PC, she loves the speed and versatility and loves the features set! I would buy again in a heartbeat, no question!

During the first month I owned it, battery never fully charged. Took it in, and Geek Squad had to send it out to have the battery replaced. So now, it has been gone about two weeks for diagnosis and replacement. So I feel I had a new computer, barely got it all set up and already problems. Not sure I will buy Asis again. I have never had battery problems with any other computers I have owned.

I bought this laptop thinking it would be just on the verge of having enough power to meet my needs. I was mistaken. I use memory intensive programs like Photoshop and PaintShop Pro. Initially I had major problems with freezing programs and lost work. Instead of returning it however, I decided that since memory upgrades are so cheap these days that I'd try that first. Adding 8GB memory and boosting total memory to 12GB was just what the doctor ordered. So, if you're like me and do heavy duty work but like the attractive price, I highly recommend cracking this laptop open and plugging in more memory.

This computer meets the needs that I was looking for. It was moderately priced.
