I returned this computer because it was advertised as having 8gb of ram but only had 6gb. therefore I returned it promptly and received a refund.

The size was great and loved the touch screen but it worked off and on. Had to return it and they didn't have another one. I would buy again.

Just received my new Asus - 2-in-1 13.3" Touch-Screen Laptop - Intel Core i5 - 6GB Memory - 1TB Hard Drive - With Windows 10 pre-installed - Black Hairline from Best Buy. It was delivered to my door by USPS Last night. This is my first go around with ASUS computers and there were sixteen five star reviews for this laptop on Best Buy's website so I felt confident. I plugged it in to charge it for 3 hours like the quick start guide said and went to bed. Got up this morning and opened up the new laptop, pressed the start button and was ready to go through a setup wizard for my new laptop......I thought. To my surprise, there was a user name already on the login screen with a cursor flashing in the "Password" field. No setup wizard? I tried entering the password I always use thinking that would start the set up wizard, but that didn't work. I clicked "Reset Password" and it said I needed to connect a USB flash drive, so I did. That didn't work because my flash drive was not the Password Reset Disk. There is "No Excuse" for this! This is so unprofessional!!! Whoever tested this laptop before shipping it out forgot to reset it. I won't type the user name on this forum, but the password hint says "My Daughter" I'm locked out of my new laptop and I haven't even set it up yet. Unless the team at ASUS can talk me into keeping this used laptop, it's going straight back to Best Buy today! I'll stick with HP and Mac. Bad form ASUS! Tell your quality control people to make sure they reset the laptop to factory before you test it. I'm sure this laptop was used by someone else and shipped back to Best Buy already. I'm done!

It had been a while since I had been back to school. I wanted a laptop I can do everything for school, and this laptop is more than that. It is quick and slick and efficient.

Quick enough for an everyday use. Love the touch screen capability with the ability to open the screen all the way backwards.
