I love this laptop and touch screen. Always liked products made by asus.

I purchased and brought home and the screen was cracked. I had to drive all the way back over to Slidell to get another one. Not very satisfied with the customer service department or the sales department in Slidell., La. No greet at door and had to go hunt someone down to get them to help me. I would recommend the laptop ASUS but not at the Slidell, LA location.

Laptop stopped charging and would not turn on after only 2 months of use. Thankfully we have GeekSquad coverage and it is getting repaired now. Rather poor performance for a new machine.

Good price and dependable computer and software.would recommend to others.

You get what you pay for. I've only had it for 6 weeks and the hard drive is being replaced already. It's currently being sent back for warranty work that will take 4 weeks. Ridiculous

This was a birthday present for my daughter. It met all of her needs and was much faster than what she thought she would be able to afford. It functions well as a tablet and as a laptop. Battery life is substantial. ASUS products have always been a winner for me.

the thing sucked , i was sold it and it just didnt work right. i went back to best buy before my time for returning it was up.and they said it was the pad on it , the labtop was known for this.

Bought this computer on sale for $599 last week and so far so good! Runs quick and smooth and the tablet mode is a cool feature. Use it for personal use and for Nursing school.

This Asus 2-in-1 is very fluent in operation of multiple programs and videos/music. The touch display is nice for use as a tablet and the graphics are very clear. Windows 10 is definitely a learning curve but that will come with use but to this point it is super smooth and flows well. I would recommend the Asus brand to anyone who is willing to spend a little more to get a great product. This computer will not disappoint even when pushed.

Fan/thermostat went bad within 90 days. Fan runs constantly. FIRST CALL: 1 hour troubleshooting; nothing. Promised replacement. Went to Best Buy. Refused to replace. SECOND CALL: Never would have promised that - has to be sent in. WHAT? I am in law school. Not an option. LIED TO, EXTREMELY UPSET.

Ordered this item as an open box Geek Squad Certified computer and was shipped this computer with half the reported HD space and a lessor processor. Had to call 3x to get the return straightened out including 40 min on hold for a supervisor and still waiting for the refund three weeks later. Double check your item specs.

I read quite a few reviews before deciding on getting this Asus and honestly, I'm glad with my choice. Plenty of space and seamless in its programs. My only complaint comes when the laptop flips over in becoming the tablet and there's no way to turn off the keyboard from working so it still effects the tablet.

It's good size, good weight. very smooth, very easy to use. AND it's good price.
