    I originally bought this laptop for casual gaming, web surfing etc. It looked great in the store and they so happened to have an open box of the same model. So a few hundred bucks off I was very happy. Get home and get it all set up and it is lightning fast. It looks beautiful and preforms well.. It does come with a bunch of junk games and apps though that I went through and uninstalled... But the worst thing is the dang fan in this computer. I'm use to a fan kicking on every so often.. But it never shuts off, sometimes it sounds like the laptop is about to explode the fan is so loud. Even when I'm not running any apps. I'm starting to guess that's why it was returned in the first place and more than likely I will be doing the same.

If you haven't attempted any troubleshooting steps I recommend checking the BIOS menu for "QC Fan control" to adjust fan speed; you can also press "F9" while in the BIOS menu to perform a BIOS reset.
