It always takes time to adjust to a new device. This one has some conveniences: automatic on/off when opened and closed. Backspace is like delete. The volume control is a long button on the left side. There are 2 charging ports ( one on each side) of the keyboard. I am sure that I will discover more. I did start with a session with the Geek Squad to solve immediate issues. I recommend this highly to maximize usefulness. A good purchase for me.

Last month one of them started acting weird. The computer screen would go blank after 2 hours of use. The orange light for charging would come on even thought the battery was charged and the white light beside it constantly stayed on. I took the computer to geek squad and they didn't see anything wrong with it at first glance and sent it off to be looked at. Upon the return of the computer, 2 weeks later, the other computer started doing the exact same thing. Once I got to the store I was told that nothing was found to be wrong with the 1st computer. So I then explained that the other computer was now doing the same thing. Geek Squad told me that they couldn't send it back off to be looked at again for the same thing because then THEY would be charged for it. They then decided to keep both computers over night to run a 5 hour recorded diagnostic on each. Nothing was found. Now, neither computer will come on! So I bought a 3 year warranty for both computers and they only worked for 4 months before they bit the dust...and the best thing I can be told is that "they can't send it off to be looked at for the same thing or THEY'LL be charged, and they didn't find anything wrong with it." What sense does that make and what was the point of buying a warranty for it when it isn't doing anything to help me?! Now I'm out 2 computers that were being used for home schooling purposes!!
