A very snappy laptop, my niece was very happy with the purchase. She is now able to get her everyday work done without the load times. She uses it mostly plugged in to the wall.

Honestly, bought refurbished and it has exceeded expectations, runs fast, has linux. Only thing is its a google so most common pc programs are supported by its system

This little computer was great for my granddaughter for Christmas. It's excellent. I used it before I gave it to her so that I could just try it out and I was so impressed with it. The Chrome OS actually has everything that she could possibly need. The computer is good looking and well made. It feels like quality. It's been 4 months and she hasn't had any issues. Now I just hope it stands up to the test of time. I'll try to review with an update later on. As it stands right now I would definitely recommend this purchase. I believe we paid $150 for it plus one of the plans.

It was overall a good computer i just didnt like that the sound was on the bottom of it rather it being to the top but i like that is its touch screen

Great screen for a Chromebook. Like the touch interface. We've had Chromebooks before and the just work... so that's my expectation and so far that's what I've seen. That your profile is in the cloud and all the apps from the old one show up on the new one is a plus.

Overall for a chromebook device this one is pretty good. The screen is overall sharp and has descent colors and gets bright enough to see in a well lit room. I do think it would be a little difficult to use in sunlight however due to the reflective nature of the touchscreen. The hinges are overall good as well with no substantial movement of the screen while typing. However this does lead to one of the minor issues with this chromebook. It is kind of difficult to open. Because the hinges are sturdy and the way the outer edge is made, there is very little to get purchase on with your finger to lift the lid. And it definitely will not lift without holding the bottom of the chromebook down as well. The keyboard on this chromebook is actually fairly descent imo. I'm a bit of a keyboard snob and I still enjoy typing on it. It has a good actuation force and a descent amount of key travel. I don't use or care about the backlight on the keyboard, but some people do so I will mention it, some of the keys are not uniformly lit, and you do get light bleed around the edge of the keys if the backlight is on. The trackpad is large and very smooth and responsive. The speakers are overall of average quality for a chromebook. Definitely not the worse I've used, but not the best either. As long as you aren't in a noise environment the volume levels are sufficient. The battery life on this device is the main place where I'm a little disappointed. I wasn't expecting anything stellar at this price point, but the ~4 - 5 hours I can get off this with just basic web browsing / streaming is not the greatest. For a low power usage device, I would expect something closer to 8 - 10 hours.

All around great device. Touch is sensitive/responsive and it is fast. Two issues, the log in is an issue, I'll put the same password in 3 times before it accepts it. Issue 2 is the keyboard was hard to see, I had to buy a silicone keyboard cover. That fixed that issue.

Enjoy this size chrome book and for the price is great for what I use a computer for. It is light weight and great for traveling. Like the size of screen too.

This is quite a deal! fast processor, enough memory. This Chrome book is really the way to go for just an everyday browsing the internet laptop.

Grandson loves it. He is young and not very careful, but the chrome book is sturdy and easily used. He loves the touch screen.

This is a speedy machine with an aluminum housing (which is a rarity in Chromebooks) and considering I only paid $96 for it.
