Got this Chromebook on a black friday sale and it is fantastic. The best build quality that I've seen in a chromebook, usually they are all made of plastic and flimsy. The body and lid are made of aluminum with plastic keycaps that are soft to the touch. The hinge is pretty tight and I haven't mastered opening it without looking like a bear trying to open a dumpster. Very thin bezels, macbook-like body, flippable touch screen, long battery life, low heat. Perfect chromebook for the price, could spend more to get some better specifications.

Nice light crome book. Very good picture quality, love the c-port charging on both sides. Only reason giving 4 stars is due to lack of extra soft pads on the edge because it can fold 360. Would have like extra pads for support.

Open Box Excellent, seems to be! Nice screen (especially enjoy the touch screen), lighted keyboard is easy to adjust (usually to off in bright ambient light), 64 bit ChromeOS is nice. Sometimes seems to have a little trouble with connecting to 5ghz band (has to be closer than other devices seemingly need to be), but other than that, exactly what I was looking for in a Chromebook

I've never really had an easy time with a Chromebook, because there always seems to be something I need that I can't get out of them. This one is no exception, but it does make me wish that it weren't the case. A lot of Chromebooks you see these days use Celeron or Pentium processors coupled with 4GB of RAM. This thing, on the other hand, was an absolute beast of a machine thanks to double the RAM and the Core m3 processor. While I was using it, I didn't encounter a single issue. Browsing the web was always responsive, the apps worked fine, and even the sound was decent. It worked fine in tablet mode too, though I've always said that 14" is just a little too big for it to be comfortable to use like that. However, the display *is* good for watching videos, because it's not only big but pretty crisp as well. I really liked the backlit keyboard, since I like to work at night or in low-light conditions. The one issue I had that made me return it was my business class. It worked fine with everything else, such as light programming or even drawing. However, the fact that the machine is restricted to the mobile and web versions of Microsoft Office is a pretty huge handicap for it, because those versions of Office do not do everything the desktop edition does. Overall, this was a pretty sweet machine to use, and I think it's a great example of how Chromebooks can shine when they're not bare-min spec. I'd definitely recommend it, if and only if you don't depend on advanced features of Microsoft Office.
