Good computer but don't like pre-installed adware

Best buy pre-installed software and security software caused problems. Adware got installed with the pre-installed software and played audio ads randomly. I had to surgically remove them from computer.

My old Toshiba had more consistent software

No one can explain to my why the video software driver keeps having to reset. It's maddening.

Great Laptop So Far

It is easy to use love that it's a touch screen and have had no problems so far. I would definitely recommend this laptop to others.

Good Quality

There are some issues but it's partially due to it being open box, certified. I have an issue with a driver constantly crashing then working again. (While using I never notice an issue there is a pop up that says it.) This computer is larger so its bulky to change into tablet mode but I like it. Main concerns I have is mainly windows 10 interface, it doesn't seem user friendly to me, but hardware great, software good - due to 10, functionality - great. For the deal I got on it it was a good buy.
