Great computer, very quick, and works well. One draw back....battery life is not as long as I would have expected. I don't think even with economical settings that I've gotten a full 4 hours. Still a great purchase though.

The computer appears to be 20k Japanese,car which is not a luxury by abbey means but it will get you from point A to B. I only had it for 2 months so I can't comment on the reliability issuebut so fast so good.

Disappointed that an open box unit came with not a single piece of instruction documentation or direction from sales representative. When I took it out to work on setup which is still incomplete I was a bit surprised. When I called I was informed that is not uncommon. Quite different from our Ipad purchase just a few months before. I felt like I was sent off with a "good luck" wave. Not very impressive. I don't know that I would go open box so quickly again. Product may be great but after paying for 3 years support I don't feel I got any. That isn't my idea of customer friendly.

I am very satisfied with this purchase for this price. Not top of the line, but totally adequate for my purposes. I returned a Dell Laptop that I was not satisfied with & got this product instead.

My first lap top, I love the was the letters light up.

I was in for Microsoft tablet but took a look at this Asus the price was very good so left with it, so far all is working good a little slow but my internet is not the fastest.

Fast, great for collage, can be used as a tablet!!

I bought my Asus laptop at Best Buy (store 250). It is a geeksquad certified openbox item. The laptop is as if it were new and never used. I love it! I also love this store, the team they have there is amazing. They're always enthusiastic and ready to find the perfect device just for me. (:

I would say the future is here relative to Cortina I would like it if Cortina was even smarter than she is. But I would be lost without a Cortina

Overall good computer, been having some problems recently where the computer has to keep getting restarted for programs not responding.

Though not the fastest available or the lightest, ASUS has a solid performer here, especially for those who need a larger key board.

This computer NEVER worked. We brought the computer home and attempted to connect it to our network. Never worked out of the box. Geek Squad couldn't even get it work. They returned it gave us a new Lenovo. Guess what. It never worked. Geek Squad once again gave us a new computer. Another Lenovo. We make several trips to the store three weekends in a row. We were never offered a discount. Where has customer service gone.

I'm not big on computers, don't know enough about them, but I like this one a lot. Set up when first booting it up was a bit lengthy, but after I got it up and running it was great. Great product and easy to use. Cortana is a pretty nice feature.

I have had an Asus netbook for a few years and thought I would try their version of the 2 in 1. Asus has been a great hardware manufacturer for other brands and makes great computers of their own as well. I've not just been disappointed at all.

Great computer for work and school but get the accidental protection, screen broke within weeks.

I really like this laptop just wish it had a hard drive to watch dvd movies!

Laptop had a bad driver. Returned to store several times for Geek assistance. Returned product for new laptop.
