I LOVE THE FACT IT GOES FROM LAB-TOP TO TABLET DID HAVE SOME FREEZE ISSUES & IT GETS HOT FROM THE FAN SO I HAVE TO PLACE A PILLOW IF IM ON IT LONG ON MY LAP ...BUT TOOK IT N-2 THE STORE FOR SERVICE. LOVE HOW THE KEY BOARD LIGHTS UP AS WELL.

The product was good but I was unhappy with the misrepresentation of the account information. I was told by 2 employees that the account was zero interest unless you miss a payment. When I received my first bill there is 25% interest rate.

Just need it to run some programs on a VPS. Touchscreen and port options are bonuses.

I bought this computer for class because the associate said that in my price range, this was the best fit for all of the Adobe programs I would be using and so far it's been great!

Love the computer. It's fast, great graphics, works well but the battery has died after just a month. It won't charge with three different charge cords so either the battery itself is dead or the connection to the battery is defective.

Sturdy and solid laptop, like all Asus makes! nice HD display with reasonably fast memory. 8gb helps, but could be faster. Getting use to the touchscreen, so rated it a 4 of 5

Oh how I love this laptop. No need for an external fan or anything, either! Stays cool all night long. The sound card that they use is such an improvement. I'm even asked if I bought new speakers due to such a sound quality difference. Fast processor and multi tasks like a champ without any hiccups at all.

This asus 2-1 laptop is a very sound product. Have not had an issue with either hardware or windows 10 yet. Like the USB charge port and HDMI. Could always use a bigger screen but for the price this product is satisfactory

I would not have picked this laptop if it had not been for the Tech guy. I wanted a bigger screen but opted to buy in addition to this laptop a Acer monitor to go with it. I am very pleased with this it is a learning process for me with Windows 10. I have had it a month and on it daily for work and really like it. I would recommend to anyone Acer. It is better than my HP was.

Awesome laptop. The two in one option is great. Only reason it didn't get 5 stars was because the power button is on the side of the laptop which is a bit inconvenient

i had the geek squad set it up before it took it home and it wasn't set up to automatically connect to wifi. and i had to pay for someone to come to the house to set it up right. that i wasn't happy at all about...

The only thing i would have liked to have been included on this laptop was a CD/DVD drive/burner. It is taking a little bit to learn the new version of windows but otherwise the computer meets all of our needs.

Had an ASUS laptop in the past and loved it. Snagged a Black Friday deal on an HP and ended up giving the ASUS to my husband. BIG MISTAKE - regretted giving up the ASUS for 2 years until I came across an excellent Best Buy bargain on a new ASUS. The HP is retired and I can't get enough of my new 2 - 1 laptop tablet. Everything I have been wanting and more!!!

i got this to replace an old gateway desktop system that had windows 7. this has windows 10 and works much faster

I haven't used this computer for long, but so far it is good. Haven't used the touchscreen much, don't see much use for it on a laptop and often I hit it accidentally and then have to get my cursor back on.
