Great Laptop. Love the versatility and easy use of touch screen

This computer is very user friendly, and I was able to set up everthing myself without any problems. I would give it five stars, but the keyboard backlighting does not work except when it is turning on.

It's fast and does everything I need and wanted it to do.

Display features and quality is great. My only downfall is that the caps lock and num lock don't light up nor is there a pop up to let you know if they're on. Besides that, everything is great.

We had to exchange the first unit for a hardware issue, but Best Buy did a great with the exchange, and the second unit is working great.

Our old laptop went pop so we needed a quick replacement that wasn't going to break the bank and this was the perfect fit. Looks nice and is quicker than our old Acer. Great product..............so far!!

Really like touch screen feature windows 10 sketchy

The ASUS 2-in-1 has been a very good machine. Features-wise it is almost identical to the HP Envy we originally purchased. However, the display in the HP died within the first week.

This laptop performs very well for the money spent! Fold-over feature is very convenient for use as a pseudo tablet, and it's more than met the needs of my college student daughter.

I had the unit for about 3 days and could not get it to connect with another windows 10 box. Apart from that is was a bit slow but great display. Contacted Asus for help and they promised to get back with in 48 hours. After no reply in 72 hours returned the unit. Replaced with Acer and had a similar issue which Acer resolved with live chat. Actual issue was with anti-virus software GS had installed. Had issue with earlier Asus box and they didn't resolve it until after the return period so I couldn't take the chance.

I needed a new laptop ASAP for school after my toshiba broke. This ASUS 2 in 1 has really impressed me! It feels very solid having a metal case, as opposed to a plastic one like my toshiba had. I have been using this laptop for over a year now and it still works and looks brand new! The picture quality is great and sound is ok, and in this day in age, there really is no need for an optical drive anymore. The hdmi port is very useful to play movies and videos on the big screen tv. Also, to be able to open up the laptop completely to use like a tablet with a touch screen is very convineint. I'm am very pleased with this laptop and will continue to purchase Asus products!

Overall it's a good computer. The power button is small and can be hard to turn on.The backlight on the keys is really nice

so far I am please with performance and how easy to use. Touch screen is awesome. Very happy to be able to do homework and classes with ease.

I love this laptop. My old one died and I needed one in a hurry for work and school. While it was a little more than I really wanted to pay, it has been awesome so far.
