I brought an Asus about 2 years ago and liked it very much except for the hinges, they fell apart. I do like the Asus computer hopefully my new one will be much better.

I believe it is a good laptop it is just taking some time to figure it out. Each day it gets easier. The windows 10 is awesome.

My husband has been using this laptop for only one day so cannot say for sure how well it is going to perform. So far, however, he seems to like it very well. If I am able to update this in a few months I will do so. He is using it at home but for work. He seems to think it will be a good computer.

a bit heavy but seems nice. would prefer the keyboard to be closer to the front. after my previous laptop died in 90 days I guess I am not sure yet if this one is ok

This is my first laptop computer and I find it very easy to use. I have even used some of the games. Like the ability to turn cover over to use like a tablet.

Bought this laptop for CNC class. works great and now besides personnel use it is used for programming CNC machines at my work. Asus computers are the best.

I like the laptop but I am not a big fan of windows 10 due too many updates and sometimes it makes laptop slower or changes the drivers to be incompatible

The only difference that I see is very apparent and that is this screen size is smaller than my last laptop. Maybe I should have purchased the 17" screen.

Everything is great and I love it . But the only I don't like on this item is the window10 . Some times the Windows run really slow and warning the issue . And it takes about like 2 or 3 mins to become normal. I gave it 5 stars because I hope they fix that problem in the future.

This laptop is a very solid build with high quality components. Windows 10 runs great and the 10 key is a bonus when working with numbers. It's also nice to have the built-in network port when working somewhere that requires using a network cable vs wifi. Highly recommend.

Easy setup. Sounds great. Sometimes doesn't work right away and has to be unplugged and restarted to get sound when switching from tv to blu ray.

easy to use, resolution fantastic, large screen excellent for all applications especially movies and videos. note: it is a bit weighty.

Overall, I'm very happy so far with this laptop. It's quick and even with integrated graphics is good for some light gaming. The battery life is fantastic, and between school and general use I usually only have to charge once a day. The build quality seems pretty good as well. My only complaint with the unit itself is that it comes with a 5400 rpm disk drive rather than an ssd, but it's very easy to remove the cover and swap it out. Other than that, the only issue I really encountered wasn't really Asus' fault, but rather the graphics drivers from Intel. The screen wouldn't turn back on after going to sleep, either staying back or just flashing static. However, I was able to fix that by downloading the .zip of their new beta drivers and installing them through the device manager, and that seems to have completely fixed the issue.

the purchase of this laptop was handled professionally with an antivirus and wireless mouse added to the sales for both computers...my issue is with windows 10 the screen will just go blue for no reason at all and the antivirus package prohibits some of my accounts from being opened because a verification code is required and the security will not allow me into it....trying to get in touch with geek squad is not always helpful either

We purchased this laptop and once we got it home and started using it the Internet would not stay on. We checked our other laptop and it worked fine. We ended up taking back to the store and they said it sounded like a bad card and we could pick out a different one and it probably wouldn't do it again. We chose to try a different brand and love it.

I love being able to switch between laptop and tablet. Though the screen is glitchy and needing an external drive is bothersome.

Everything I hoped for. Enjoying the features I required when looking for the right printer. Only down side is the large size.

Have been using this and the previous model of ASUS laptop as replacements in out stores. Excellent portability and power.

Some Windows 10 problems. Had it back to Geek squad twice. It should be fixed when Microsoft has an update for my problem.

This is my first Asus, I have always had Toshiba. So far I am really enjoying it.
