I was so excited when I got this at such a good deal. We set it up and (unfortunately) added the WEBROOT security/anti virus program. Then added my Adobe Products. After taking it to the Geeks for it being amazingly slow twice to no avail, one of my students tried disabling the Webroot and it was suddenly fine! Yeah! But... Now it wont work with Camtasia, a necessary program in this time of Covid19. This touch screen is nice when its working tho.

I was not sure if I would like the touch screen. It turns out to be very easy to use. the only thing I would improve on is the keyboard being backlit

The ASUS computer is absolutely fantastic. It runs absolutely fast, and it's quite easy to operate.

This computer is Great. computer is super fast with the core i7 processor and 12 gigs of memory and the awsome touch screen. I had the older model the q550lf witch still ran great but the gpu was lacking so i needed a upgrade the 2tb hard drive broke after i booted the computer one time but I already had a 1tb ssd ready for replacing that hard drive thats what makes this PC seem slow after removing it boots in 5 secs flat sound and grapichs card are perfect it plays games smooth no issues I would buy 2 if i could

Gets the job done. The video card might be dated now. But works great for my job. Touch screen works well with my work also.

This laptop is amazing! I love the touch screen and being able to turn it into a tablet. Super fast and holds a charge for quite a while.

Got it for my fiancée and he loves it. He uses it to DJ weddings and it had enough space for all the programs needed, plus songs.

Got this for my husband in December for online college. Its been a fantastic laptop! Gets the job done and more! He loves it! He spends about 8 or more hours a day on it, so I would have to say its pretty awesome!

We bought this for our son who started college this Fall. He loves it. Not to mention he is a gamer and serves that purpose as well.

I went high end to have a laptop for my business. This unit was a open box but it was in new condition. I bought this particular unit due to the solid state drive was supposed to cut down on startup time. Shortly after purchase, startup was taking 10 minutes plus. So of course this happens after the exchange period and I take it to the Geek Squad counter. They tell me its a known Windows 10 problem and it has to be reloaded. Since I didn't buy the Geek Squad coverage, it's not covered! Now, I would have thought the operating system would have been covered as long as the computer warranty and I would have thought that my sales person would have told me that info, but here I sit with a useless $900 laptop. So what's this have to do with the equipment? Maybe nothing. but how am I supposed to give anything other than 1 star when it doesn't work. Sure, I can reload windows myself, but then, you have reload several other windows based stuff separately. If I was an IT buff, and knew how to configure computers, I doubt I would have bought something from a big box store!

Time for a new lap top. Asus is computer of choice for my technician. They are strong, fast and easy to work on when needed.

Have to say this laptop is amazing. Even before installing the SSD, it was fast.

On paper this is a great laptop, but in practice it lags like an old laptop. Nice design, a portable woofer, LED lit keyboard, all metal body. The 2TB in this laptop slows it down to a crawl. I installed a PCI-e SSD 240 in the extra bay it comes with this laptop then converted the 2TB HD into storage. Now it runs like a cheetah! RAM is not easy to upgrade but with 12GB don't need much more. For those techies who like to get a good laptop and make it better this is it. I'd recommend this for the price but you must install an SSD to take full advantage of the great specs.

Really like the touch screen and the tablet feature is easy to use. It's lightweight an the screens resolution is fantastic.

I love the screen quality as it is crisp and bright. It is fun and easy to use. I love being able to use the draw feature.

It takes a very long time for the computer to start up. IT FREEZES ALOT!!!

ASUS is one of my favorite brands right after HP. I purchased this computer because I have an old, very old tablet I love. I was disappointed with the fact that it takes forever to power up and then when it sleeps it won't return, I had to turn off sleep mode. It doesn't have enough USB plugs. You figure everything runs on USB now, we need more not less! Only 1 HDMI. It runs Adobe and Windows office. It lags a bit and if its downloading updates forget trying to use it. Might as well take a walk.
